Condeaux Beach V~Across From HANGOUT & Beach!~Free Parking~WALK Everywhere!!

Excellent location! This property was super cute, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and was literally across the street from the beach and Hangout! We would definitely stay again!!

My wife and I loved this unit.It is within walking distance to the beach , restaurants , shopping and entertainment. The room is well arranged and the bed is very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay ,but sadly had to leave after 3 days of the seven days reserved due to the passing of my wife’s sister. Carrie and Spenser were wonderful hosts and were very responsive to our questions. I would book this unit again . It is in a wonderful location.

The condo was exactly as depicted on the site and decorated super cute. Check in was super easy and completely done by the VRBO app. Instructions on rules, parking and check out were clear, concise and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. The beach, the Hangout and souvenir shopping was all with in walking distance as well as several other eating establishments.

Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping. The apartment was clean, host was very responsive with my questions. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect location for a softball tournament in Gulf Shores. Across the street from the public beach & walking distance to numerous restaurants. Condo was the perfect size for a couple. The building is older but the unit itself was in good condition & reasonably priced.

Great location. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed. We were in town for the Shrimp Festival - perfect location for that! We were able to go back to room whenever we wanted and then go back to the festival. We had a great time! Thank you. The only thing we didn't like was checking out at 10 am - this is a little early for us. We always ask for a late checkout. Overall, it was very enjoyable!

The property is centrally located to the pink pony pub and the hangout. The public beach across the street is nice. The bed was horrible, it appears to be an old boarding house. The parking pass was a hassle. The only reason to stay here is the location if you want to be in the main intersection of gulf shores. The owners were nice.

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hangout Fest! It was perfect!!

Great location

Excellent location and very cute and comfortable property! Parking was easy and the property is in great condition - only exception is that the shower head doesn’t fully turn on, so washing off that beach sand is a little harder to do. You get light shower pressure and the lower tap filling at the same time.

Very clean room, super close free parking to walk to everything or super easy to Uber, beach right across the street! Host was on top of ALL communication! Hoping to try Orange Beach and NOLA locations.

Clean, easy check in. Very close to the beach , shopping and restaurants and dollar general :) safe area to stay. Small but for two people who just wanted to go to the beach and not stay in the condo it was great!

Property was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The beach was just across the road. Wonderful get away for couples. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was well done. Having free on site parking was an added bonus.

The Studio Condo is as described. It’s clean, convenient and is stocked with everything you need. It’s not the first time that I’ve stayed in this condo, or many in this building, and probably won’t be the last! I’d recommend staying here for your visit to Gulf Shores. We experienced the best weather, which is always a blessing!

Remotes might need new batteries. The shower leaks terribly. Other than that, it was great!

Had a nice weekend stay here for a soccer tournament over spring break! The room is small but well furnished and clean, perfect for my family of 3. Location is excellent and within walking distance of the Hangout as well as the beach. Simple and easy parking as well which is included with your stay. Check in process was super easy and we had no issues at all!

Location, location, location! This is a no frills condo that has just the right touch for those looking to maximize their time on the beautiful Gulf Shores Beach. We spent most of our time exploring, but the condo was perfect for a quick shower and a comfy bed after a long day in the sun. There are a few things that pickier travelers might've dwelled on; the biggest being that a few of the wash clothes were full of long hair (probably caught from the dryer, but still...), and the bath towels are really small (we used our own beach towels), but overall it's a nice little place in an excellent location. The host are very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. It's a great value and a perfect base to explore the beauty of South Alabama.

Great little space. Parking might be rough if you drive a big truck. Parking spots are on the smaller size. You’ll fit but you might block a lot of the space to drive through the parking garage port.

Was a great place for what we needed. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Beach was right across the street.

Said it was a condo but it was a very old hotel with absolutely no amenities. No channels available on very old tv, no ice, no stove or oven. Horrible experience.

This condo is perfect for 2! We loved our little beach getaway for our anniversary. It is located in the perfect area, within just a few minutes walk to The Hangout, the beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Mikee’s Seafood (delicious by the way) is literally right behind the condo and we enjoyed mini golf and cheap drinks at Shrimpy’s Grill & Golf. Thanks Carrie for being such a great host!

Convenient location and easy parking in the off season. We spent most of our time at the state parks, on the beach and with family. We just needed a good bed and this sufficed.

It was exactly as described. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The location can’t be beat. I would recommend that the host get new sheets. Ours didn’t stay on the bed very well and had a hole about the size of a silver dollar near the headboard.

Some clarification around amenities is needed. Its a studio not a one bedroom. There is not a stove top, there is a one burner plug in burner. There is a toasteroven, not a separate oven or toaster. The coffeepot is more of a keurig, one cup at a time.This was a little disappointing as we wanted to cook more than we were able to but my husband and I made it work and enjoyed our time away with eachother. It is super close to the beach, restaurant's, and stores.

It was a great place to stay! Close to everything! We will keep this in mind for future stays. Only issue was the shower and the hot/cold, but we figured it out.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location couldn't have been better-just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and any questions or small issues we had were handled quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a beautiful stay! Was exactly what we needed for our time there. Within walking distance of so many things. Souvenir shops, countless restaurants, the beach. We will definitely be back! The hosts were very informative and great!

This condo was perfect for the two of us! So close to everywhere that we could just walk! Condo was nice and clean! The laundry was very convenient with having sandy towels and suits. We will def be back!

The condo was cute and just right for our stay. It was right across the atreet from the beach which was so convenient. I didnt give it 5 stars because the shower was eith hot or cold. You couldnt get a medium temperature. Otherwise, it was good. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I would stay again.

The condo looks better than the pictures. It was very convenient, and quiet. I will say the comforter on the bed is very thin so if someone is using the futon then bring another blanket. The curtains are sheer-a swap to blackout would make a more enjoyable sleep.Also please consider providing ice cube trays or adding that to the suggested list of things for people to bring. Not a huge deal but just a couple of suggestions.We would absolutely stay here again.

Parking was a bit confusing, kinda wish enforcing the large truck policy happened but. . Figured it out, felt safe and comfortable. Location was plenty close to the beach and food. Recommendation: Print out current regulations on beach restrictions. Couldn't use my shade close to the water, couldn't fish anywhere close. . Just a bummer, made me walk way down the beach and put up shade FAR away from the water.

Description of property is to a tee. Walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy. Communicating with host was fabulous. Very fast response time. Cute little place. Bed was comfortable. Hangout is literally right across the street. Shrimpy's grill and golf was behind property. That seemed to be our hangout. I would just recommend telling the house keeper to dust the walls. Other than that very clean. Stairs going up could use a sweeping as well. But condo was great.

Had issues with the ac and could not get ahold of owners should have had more wash clothes than just 2 things was outdated tv was so small in there

As others have said, you just can’t beat the location! The unit itself is clean, cozy and convenient and the host was great! I do think it would be a bit tight for 3, but it was good for the 2 of us. The building could use a little maintenance, especially the entry doors that are desperately in need of cleaning but I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Love the location, room was clean, price was excellent. The only negative thing I could say is the hallway you walk down to get to rooms was dated and had a very harsh musty smell.
