We had a lovely time. Lots of space!

Beautiful condo and gorgeous view of the Gulf. I saw dolphins at sunrise from the large balcony. King bed in primary suite was super comfortable. Condo was spacious for the family with privacy from a split floor plan. Perfect spot on the beach for maximum relaxation.

Everything was wonderful. The view is fantastic and so relaxing out on the veranda. Comfortable beds and great showers. Very nice kitchen to cook in. The beach set up is great but let me remind you unless you want to get up at 6:30 am to secure a front row spot. You can pay the beach guy upfront to set you up for the next day for 10 and he will have your name on beach setup in front row. Shell hunting is fun but you need to go around 3:30 to shell hunt as the tide is coming in. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and night walks or sitting on the beach is cool because the white sand keeps it light on the beach. Beach setup probably 6:00 am to 5 pm sharp, anything after take your own chairs down. Extra chairs out on veranda for later. As the pool goes it was perfect for a change and open late. We will definitely come back to this destination. I will also note parking in the first garage in is tight, good for cars but close for trucks. Thank you for a great week!!

Sue is wonderful and quickly responded and addressed an issue.The 19th floor is beautiful and shaded balcony in the afternoon is so great. Bed was also extremely comfortable.Con: property needs some TLC. Broken closet door, glasses with nicks, alot of marks on walls, broken handles, etc. Con

Excellent property and beautiful views. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The beaches and pool are wonderful and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Thank you for allowing us to stay! FYI: Bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and bar soap. You will need it! They only provide one roll for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen:)

This was such a beautiful condo and amazing stay. Beautiful view. Very clean. Host very hospitable and always answered when I reached out for anything. We will def be back again.

Sue is a great host. Navarre is wonderful and the condo is just wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better week.

I can not even say enough good things about this condo! I loved every minute of this stay. It's the perfect penthouse with the absolute best view. Everything was exactly as listed. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that i actually took a picture of the tags because i want one just like it. My family loved the place, too. It was the perfect size for us four and a half. We will definitely be back. Also, super nice and helpful host as well.

This 3bd 3 ba penthouse was a dream! We just could not get over the views! Starting the day seeing dolphins, stingrays, sunrises, looking out at the ocean from the 19th floor- to die for! The balcony was incredible, the panoramic view, great kitchen, comfy beds.. and on and on!!! Being just steps to the beach or pool was incredible! So convenient! (and the Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella Daily were a Great Bonus!) We had dinners just steps away from the condo a couple nights and that was awesome too! Also, Sue, the owner was Very responsive to any/all communication! So sweet! Sooo much Fun! Definitely memories for a Lifetime! Especially for our kids!

The entire family enjoyed our vacation at Beach Colony in Navarre Beach this week. Amazing condo, friendly people, so much to do! We will definitely be back!

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing! We wanted to try out Navarre Beach as opposed to our normal spot (Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores) we had a great time! The beach was way less crowded (more homeowners) which was really nice. The condo is on the top floor and it is definitely a beautiful view! I would have given 5 stars but the cleanliness of the condo wasn't the best (very dirty walls) and we had to get basic items for our stay (trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels).
