I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in 401, and it was great. To wake up to the sunrise out our master bedroom window and to see the beach RIGHT THERE off our deck and dinning room window was worth the price.
