Stayed Apr 20, 2025Yearly Spring Break Trip. Place was as advertised. Clean , well maintained property with great amenities and plenty of parking. Easy beach access . Cute downtown area on Flagler St. with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Excellent condo and complex. Excellent communication with owner. Wish I had known they would be working on neighboring units every day at 8:00and I probably would have chosen elsewhere. Also the pool was not heated for the first week we were there ( it was stated in the advertisement that they had a heated pool and hot tub).

Stayed Aug 30, 2024From the minute we walked in the door, I was overtaken by the beauty. We stay in New Smyrna Beach a lot and I will NEVER stay anywhere else! If the home wasn’t enough, the grounds and the extra amenities were also amazing! And Lance and Karen (the owners) could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Like I said before, my family will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Stayed May 8, 2024This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. From the moment you walk in you can see the ocean right away. Access to the beach is just a short five minute walk. The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy access to the parking lot as well. Owners are very accommodating. They even offered to have us come in a day early with no charge. So if you love to have a room with a ocean view this is the place for you.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Located on the Minorca dunes , the view was incredible , host was very accommodating and weather was nice. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable . New Smyrna has so many dining options. And we loved walking the dunes park trail.
