Stayed May 6, 2026This was EASILY my favorite place I have ever stayed and I travel often. The decor is amazing, they have absolutely everything you could need, cozy couch and beds, beautiful views and good location. I was alone half of my stay as a POC woman and felt so safe the entire time. Lance was amazing and communicative. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Stayed Apr 20, 2025Yearly Spring Break Trip. Place was as advertised. Clean , well maintained property with great amenities and plenty of parking. Easy beach access . Cute downtown area on Flagler St. with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Excellent condo and complex. Excellent communication with owner. Wish I had known they would be working on neighboring units every day at 8:00and I probably would have chosen elsewhere. Also the pool was not heated for the first week we were there ( it was stated in the advertisement that they had a heated pool and hot tub).

Stayed Aug 30, 2024From the minute we walked in the door, I was overtaken by the beauty. We stay in New Smyrna Beach a lot and I will NEVER stay anywhere else! If the home wasn’t enough, the grounds and the extra amenities were also amazing! And Lance and Karen (the owners) could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Like I said before, my family will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Great condo for family of four with a short walk to the beach. Pool was a nice size with plenty of chairs and shade. Condo had everything we needed and will definitely stay here again!
