We absolutely LOVE Ken’s Laguna Woods Condo. This was our 2nd year and Ken always assures us a welcoming and comfortable home away. It is Fully Equipped and Ken even leaves welcome basket for us. We highly recommend this condo without hesitation. Thank you Ken!

The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. The open dining/living area is great for visiting with family and friends. The balcony is inviting, and has a great view of the sunset. The owner/property manager is very responsive to questions and inquiries. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Laguna Beach/Woods area, look no further!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Ken is a great host and connected with us on every detail to make sure we had a comfortable experience. The condo was impeccably clean well supplied and the beds were super comfortable. Of course the amenities and location were over the top. Love it so much that we have already booked for next year. Modern, contemporary, nicely renovated with abundant storage. Especially enjoyed the open kitchen and southwest facing balcony. Very comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated. Landlord very responsive. Location very convenient to shopping and highways.

My spouse and I stayed for one month. It was an amazing stay thanks to Kenny ( owner) who does and outstanding job keeping his unit spotless, modern, well decorated and comfortable. Unit is highly equipped with anything you need from kitchen supplies, to cleaning products, sheets, towels, and more. What we liked: 1. Kenny and the unit for sure ! He was so welcoming! We arrived to the condo and Kenny already had the unit ready including a beautiful basket with fruit and other goodies:):) This was such a generous and kind gesture from the owner! 2. Kenny has a super well organized unit and we felt at home from day one! 3. The interior of the unit was nicely decorated, welcoming and spacious! Lots of light , comfortable , clean , modern furniture. 4. The bed was sooo comfortable! Super clean and high quality sheets and cover. 5. Walk-in showers were beautiful and fully stocked bathrooms, with plenty of nice towels. 6. All appliances worked very well, kitchen was spacious and super beautiful. Impressed with the fully stocked kitchen ! 7. Images of the condo are beautiful and we loved the unit even much more after we arrived! 8. Unit is well insulated and very quiet. Balcony had two comfortable lounge chairs. 9. Overall, the unit met and even exceeded our expectations. We are already recommending the unit t9 other friends who are interacted in exploring the community of LW! Ourselves, will not hesitate a sec to rent the unit again! Thank you to owner, Kenny!

Wonderful,roomy and quiet. Very well equipped kitchen. Easy to get around to shopping and the freeway.

Ken’s place was nicely remodeled and comfortable. There were a few small issues but nothing that interfered with our ability to enjoy our stay. One matter that we certainly hope Ken will address is the mattress. Although comfortable, it was soiled and did not have a mattress cover to shield us from the stains. That aside, we would consider staying a Ken’s place in the future.

Excellent property to stay in. Host was great. Great location Will definitely stay here again.
