Community Pool, Beautiful Water Views

We've been to SBRC before and are never disappointed. Love the views. Love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Pros: Location. Right on the beach. Wonderful view of ocean from balcony. Convenient location to restaurants and stores. Quiet. Communication very good and check in good. Cleanliness is good, except rugs. Everything you need is there. Cons: Terrible bed. Uncomfortable, no support, sags in middle, hot, sheets like sailcloth and loose. Property is run down.

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed and any location worldwide. I would rather stay here than at any hotel in the area! Great communication, great location, clean. I can go on and on but the moral of the story, you’re safe booking this place!

The third floor balcony facing the beach gave excellent views, and that was the best amenity in our opinion. Walking right out to a beautiful beach was what we were looking for and were not disappointed. unfortunately, The two kitchen chairs were wobbly and the couch was uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this place. You can’t beat the balcony and views.

We were so looking forward to the last 3 days of our 10 day trip visiting Tybee Island & Savannah for the first time. I researched many properties for a beach front unit with great views and an elevator/Both my husband and I have knee issues. This unit seemed to fit our requirements but turned out to be a HUGE disappointment!! After getting parking pass from a difficult lockbox & parking where we were instructed to park ..not seeing an elevator in sight we climbed the 3 flights of steps to the unit. We asked someone where the elevator was located and was told it was on the other end of the building which was down 2 very long hallways! We walke d to the elevator and found there were steps up to the elevator. A housekeeper informed us that there was a ramp out front in the middle of the long bldg! So the elevator is on one end..the ramp is in the middle & the Unit was at the total opposite end of the bldg. and there was no luggage cart! We left our things in the car!!Upon entering the unit we were hit in the face with an offensive stench..it was run down..shabbily furnished & depressing. The unit indeed was ocean front with a beautiful view with the old/stained/dirty drapes pulled back on the slider leading out to the deck. We were absolutely flabbergasted by what we were seeing & smelling! After arguing with me the Mgt Company agreed to give us a full refund. We had no place to stay & headed home..costing us double the money to change our hotel reservations in Gainesville.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. My only complaint would be the sofa was not comfortable.

The host kept a check on everything and us being fine with property. The view was fantastic. The condo was great as well.

Everything was great. We had a couple of questions which were answered satisfactorily and in a timely manner.The condo was as advertised with beautiful views and direct beach access. Tybee Island had a lot to offer. We also made a few trips into Savannah.

Host was fine. All in order. Living room furniture was a bit ratty. Place was clean.

Beautiful view! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats Pool was also very nice close to everything on the island Would definitely recommend staying here

View was beautiful

Everything was very nice and clean. My only complaint was the couch was pretty old with little support and recliner was in poor working condition. We weren't in the condo much. Directions for thermostat, tv, oven and dishwasher was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Would come back again.

The condo was clean, and everything was nice. The only things that we noticed is the top hinge needs replaced on the front door. The bathroom door needs to be a right hand door instead of a left hand door. It closes on you while your at the sink. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs a new string in order to turn the fan/light on / off, and it only had one speed to it. Besides that, it was a great condo. It was quiet, comfortable, the bed was nice. The couch was comfortable. The views from the deck were amazing. It was nice and clean when we arrived. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short and close. We had a great time, and would recommend this place.

Condo and furniture could use an update. Check in and out was smooth. The elevator is very far away.

We had a great stay. The pool, access to the beach, amenities of our place, and family made for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with Southern Belle Vacation Rentals was disappointing. We stayed at the Gone Coastal rental on Tybee Island. On our first evening, after unpacking and preparing to go to our dinner reservation, we discovered the front door wouldn’t lock properly. It would relock and then automatically unlock within seconds—you could push the door open with ease. The hinges were visibly coming loose.We called Southern Belle and spoke with Tonya, who abruptly cut off my husband and dismissed the issue as “humidity-related” without listening to the full concern. She did agree to submit a maintenance request, but said no one could come until the next day. It was clear they didn’t consider this an emergency, despite the unit being unsecured. We had to cancel our dinner plans to stay and watch over our belongings.Maintenance arrived at 10:30 a.m. the next day, confirmed the bolts were stripped, and mentioned a prior request had already been submitted to replace the door—yet nothing had been done. Communication throughout was poor. I asked for a manager and was given a “guest advocate” who had to repeatedly check with leadership just to respond. For the inconvenience, I was offered a minimal credit—if I agreed not to post a review. I declined. A vacation should be relaxing, not spent managing unresolved safety and maintenance issues.

The condo was in a great location for us,quiet and secluded with a fantadtic view. But the furniture was very old and dirty and the living room rug needs to be replaced.We enjoyed our trip.

We really enjoyed staying at Gone Coastal and working through Southern Belle. The condo was clean and well-presented when we arrived. The view from the balcony was great. Beach access was very convenient. When we were there in early April the are was not crowded either which was nice. Southern Belle communicated well and responded to our few questions in a timely manner.

It was nice, but 42 steps to get to our room, that was not explained, elevator very far away, and ramp was far from elevator, not convenient. Steps to the beach also, none of this was said in their ad.

So thankful for the opportunity to rent this little condo for a week. The view is outstanding, and there is direct access to a gorgeous beach. Because it is north facing you enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Bed is comfortable, condo has everything you need for a great week. Great restaurants within walking distance. Carpet and furnishings are showing a little wear, but it did not stop us from having an excellent week at the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us!

Very nice

I said, “woah!” as soon as I opened the door and saw the ocean. It had everything we needed, but the biggest draw is definitely that view. Unlike some places where you have to crane your neck to see the ocean, this is full ocean view.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was amazing, the condo was amazing, the view was amazing. The only thing to be aware of is when the tide comes in, there is no beach. (That isn’t the properties fault though!) So close to Huckapoos and the shops that you could walk there. Parking lot is close enough to the beach that you don’t need to lug all your chairs, toys, and such to the room. Just grab them on the way to the beach! This place will be the first we check for availability when we come back to Tybee.

The place itself is very run down. Needs a lot of interior work. There is plenty of cooking utensils but no pots or pans to utilize. The furniture and rugs are run down and in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise, the view off the deck was amazing. It made our week.

Condo was perfect for two. Can handle 4 if family with kids. Clean, might need some small updates but perfect for our short stay. Great beach and great view from patio of the water.

The property was clean, very quiet, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the amenities available were really awesome! The bed was very comfortable , however, the room it was in was so small that you could just barely slide in between the wall and the bed. The TV was cool but I could never seem to get the Roku to work. The communication from the home office was 2nd to none. Their instructions they provided were both clear and concise. The only thing that we wished was available at the property was an elevator. It was hard on my wife's back to climb the stairs. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend the property to our friends and family. Tbank you

Good for a weekend trip! Couldn’t stay more than a few days due to the size. Was close to everything.

The condo was clean and has an amazing view and location. The only thing I would complain about would be the AC. It got up to 87 in the condo. Great communication, and they let us stay at another condo while it got fixed. Definitely frustrating to not stay where we booked the entire time, but thankful to have another place.
