The kitchen showcases a modern design, equipped with newly installed cabinets, granite countertops, tiled flooring, and contemporary appliances. The open sightline from the kitchen to the living area fosters an ideal setting for social interactions while cooking. Furthermore, there are two counter seating areas designated for dining.
The main living room features a western-themed decor, furnished with new furniture, a dining area that seats four, a gas fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the private deck offers a picturesque view of the surrounding complex and forest. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
A Queen Murphy bed provides comfort and can be easily stored to optimize living space during the day, while the sofa sleeper serves as an additional sleeping option for children in the living room.
Access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

    Everything at the unit was great.In the future perhaps some brighter light bulbs would be great help. Otherwise, everything was as I expected!Keep up the good work!

    The ski in / ski out location is excellent! We also enjoyed the fireplace. Plenty of towels were provided.

    This is a great unit as it is close to the slopes and is also close to parking and ski rental.
