Wonderful in every way !

This unit was in the back of the complex so made it very quiet. I actually enjoy the little extra walking. Very nice kitchen and great host plus with the ceiling fans the a/c was not required. Excellent over all and plan to return.

Our stay was perfect! The condo is cozy, clean and in a great location. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, great pool (pool music was not great), place was nice full kitchen. Friendly host who was helpful and accommodating. Slight walk to the ocean but 2 min max. Lots of parking

It is a fantastic location that’s very close to everywhere we wanted to be. The beach items to utilize were exactly what we needed. Such a great place! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Found one dead cochroach and we didn’t know why it was dead or how it got there after we were in the condo for so many days! Only issue we had was the umbrella was broken and we are pasty Canadians lol Loved the stay! Thanks for having us. We loved it!

Great location and perfect place to stay at in Kihei! Close to stunning beaches and great restaurants! The beach chairs and umbrella provided were a great plus to not have to worry about.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishings are of a nice quality. We especially liked the lanai in the back. It is private and well landscaped. The host was very quick to respond to our messages. The location is good. Restaurants are within a few minutes walk and the beach across the road is quite nice and not too busy. Would not hesitate to rent again.

The condo is very nice. Good location and ample parking. Kitchen is well stocked.Families should note there is no washer/dryer and there is limited hot water.

Easy to book. Easy communication with Karen - when I wanted to extend two nights, she did all the work - all I had to do was ask!Easy check in/out, easy to find. The AC is in the living room, my first night while I was acclimating to the heat, I slept on the pull out in the living room because a) the bedroom is too far from the ac and b) it would be dumb to expect or wait for the ac to cool it down. And, for my frugal self, it just made sense to sleep on the sofa... but, its Maui, its hot, I'm just not used to it!Anyhow, all the windows and doors have screens so the rest of my stay was fine.The place is great, its in a great location.

The location was perfect with several walkable options for groceries and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked. There were high quality chairs and boogie boards included, which was fantastic.The only two items I’d share: 1. The air conditioner is in the living room, so the bedroom does stay a few degrees warmer than the living room. 2. The windows are a certain style that don’t provide an airtight seal, so you can at times hear neighbors and outside noises.That said, I do recommend this unit! It was clean, comfortable, and really suited our needs!

Karen saved the day, or at least the vacation!!My initial rental (booked 6 months in advance, a different unit—not Karen) cancelled with less than 36 hours until our arrival. Panic!!! Luckily this unit was available. It fit our group and our needs. The unit has everything and is comfortable. The neighbors were a tad noisy, but if that’s all I have to complain about it’s a WIN!Great condo. Can’t beat the location. Good communication with Karen. Definitely recommend!

Karen was quick to reply to our questions and with a late flight home we were thankful for the late checkout out time. The property was stocked with al the kitchen gadgets you would need, plenty of towels and beach needs. Just a couple of suggestions... we wanted to ensure that we were on the ground floor because of my mobility issues, however there where stairs from the parking lot to the building. Secondly with an 11 day stay and 2 adults being provided with more than one small hotel size bar of soap for the shower would have been nice. Overall it was a great stay and we would go again!

Very sweet little stay, wished I would've booked for a longer stay! Highly recommend and will most definitely love to stay here again! Everything from shopping, to great eats, and amazing beach access all within walking distance!!!!! Sunsets across the street were truly epic!!

Upstairs neighbors were a bit on the noisy side. But we were so close to the beach we didn't care. The air conditioning acted up each night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We have stayed at this condo on numerous occasions and it never has disappointed. It is close to so many beaches, shops and great places to eat. From Kihei you can take a short trip or a day trip and see everything that Maui has to offer. We love it here and cannot wait to come back.

We are very grateful to get to stay here. The proximity to the beach was great and the people were all very nice. The condo has beautiful, upscale furniture and fixtures except for the bathroom, which needs a little remodel. Beach chairs were a huge benefit! Mahalo.
