Comfortable in Denver near Sloan's Lake Red Rocks| Weekly & Monthly Discounts!

I have to say that while the owner seemed nice and he did respond, it took several hours. He seems to care about his place. The place was pretty clean albeit dated (and though there was a huge centipede in the closet). The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept (or rather not slept) in. The kitchen looked like it was nicely stocked until you noticed there were literally no pots or pans - not even a tea kettle - and the only way to boil water was in the microwave. How are you supposed to cook without pots and pans? I appreciated the two small water bottles, the snacks and the fact that they leave food left from other visitors (not that I took advantage of that.) There was a fireplace, but no wood. and honestly, the place had a bit of a toilet smell to it. When I got there the windows were unlocked and it took me a good 10 minutes to finagle them closed enough to lock (it's on the first floor or I wouldn't care.) I asked if I could check in a little bit early and was told they would charge me for it. I doubt in the off season that anyone else was staying there. I've often had owners allow this as a courtesy. Because of that, I had to arrive in the dark and try to figure out which apt it was. (Saying west side of the building' is only helpful if you know where west is in the dark.) Overall my rating is, I believe, generous.

Overall it's pretty nice place, toughest part for me is my AT&T service did not work at this location.

We stayed here for a concert we went to at Empower field. Location was great and was just the right amount of space. We visited a lot of area attractions while here.

Good spot. The coffee pot was broken so we weren’t able to have coffee the duration of our stay which was absolutely inconvenient and annoying.

Very clean, and convenient location for visiting Denver. Parking is easy and convenient. Host is very responsive to questions. This is the place if you are looking for affordable and clean, This is not the place if you are looking for bougie and modern as it is an older condominium complex.We were happy with it! It does need a better Keurig machine as this one only accommodates ground coffee in the filter. It was missing a blow dryer as was stated in the amenity list and the mattress is very firm. Other than that great restaurant close by and the central location to Red Rocks and Rocky Mountain Nat’l park and downtown Denver was great! We rented a car and drove around everywhere. I would stay here again and we really enjoyed the Edgewater area of Denver.

Centrally located to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Great communication with host. Quiet condo to relax in when we weren’t on the go.

Really felt like home after only one night, the rooms were clean, the temperature of the home was perfect, host had plenty of suggestions on refrigerator which helped decide which places to visit to dine out, also easy access to many great locations near Denver. We visited many towns around the area and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy our trip.

The place was perfect except one big thing. I live in Florida and have my air conditioning set at 75 degrees year round, they have it set so if if you turn up the heat it goes back to 65 a few hours later. Go outside all day in 2 degree weather and come back to cold 65 degrees and takes 3hrs to heat up!. This is ridiculous to have heat at 65; when it's 30 degrees below freezing! I would not stay again based on them trying to save a few dollars on their electric bill by freezing the guests.

We loved staying here! The place was very cozy and had everything we needed. It’s super close to everything and there was plenty of space for parking. Would definitely stay again 10/10.

Nice accommodations with laundry in unit, pet friendly and close to Sloan's Lake and Edgewater Marketplace which has lots of restaurants. It was super easy with the dogs since the unit is next to a walking path and open areas. And lots of other doggies in the complex. Felt safe but I wouldn't walk too far from the complex at night. The only issue was the heat controls but owner said they were going to fix the nest.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Niko and Julie are amazing. The place had everything I needed and was super clean and pleasant. They left me water and snacks to make my stay more comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and it’s only 25 mins away from Red Rock formation. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

A more comfortable mattress would be nice but overall the property was very inviting .

This is an incredible spot and we will 100% be staying again our next time in Denver. It was comfortable, cozy, the host left a wonderful box of snacks and beverages for us, and the communications was great! The location is incredible and it has the cutest most convenient covered porch area. Don't second guess this place, it's 5 stars all the way!

This was a great, perfectly appointed location for my husband and I. Very clean, and well stocked, just a short jaunt away from everything we wanted to do in the area. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, would definitely stay again.

My friend and I picked this property because we went to a concert at Red Rocks and wanted a “neighborhood” to stay at that had access to parks and restaurants. We found the perfect place to stay! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The area was easy to navigate and close to Red Rocks. Our host kept up a nice flow of communication and entry (and exit) into (and out of) the property was super easy. I would like to think I will be back to Denver and would stay here again!

I was slightly worried about the location (near the back of the complex) but property was cozy, quaint, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway for hiking and concert at Red Rocks! Walkable to the Edgewater Market and Sloan lake as advertised. Host was accommodating and responsive. While the mattress could use an upgrade, the condo was clean and had several personal touches. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

As advertised. The banana bread was sweet although we didn't eat it as we found the bakery at the market we couldn't pass on. We loved walking sloane lake each morning.

The condo was super clean and comfortable! There was even a cute welcome basket with snacks and water which was very thoughtful. We really loved this cute little property! It was the perfect size for us and was tucked away in the back with a nice flower garden view. Check-in was easy thanks to great communication from the Hosts. We walked to Sloan’s Lake and ate at Edgewater Market. The condo was a good location between Red Rocks and Clear Creek tubing through Golden, CO. Would stay here again!

My brother and I came to Denver to go to the Metallica concerts. We had a blast. Our vrbo was a nice place in a nice neighborhood, with lots of stuff to do near by. I will definitely be back.

I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver.

The property was very nice. Any thing you would need for a short stay was included. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again if avaliable for our next visit. Our son lives in Denver. So we visit about 4 times per year.

We spent the weekend in Denver and the condo was perfect. It was small and we did not need much size. So it was perfect!! It was in a nice neighborhood and right next to casa Bonita !!

Overall this is a nice property for the price. The property itself could use a little updating. The bed is EXTREMELY squeaky. Just look at it and it squeaks. Communication with manager was nice, however I'm Not a fan of the limited availability of towels and TOILET PAPER

The apt was nice and well equipped. Our hosts were most accommodating with quick responses to our questions. We had plenty of parking close-by and the area was quiet and private. We will book again if we come back to this part of the country!

The place is located in a safe area with a lake and cute downtown area within walking distance. The hosts were great to communicate with and very kind! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway!

This was a cute small unit. Very quiet area but neighborhood seemed scratchy. Only real complaint was the horrible BED. Really need to change it and then I would have given a 5 star rating.

We stayed here while our house was being worked on. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also close to several restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed it.

Nice location. Safe neighborhood. I love that they don’t empty frig between guests and had condiments. The bowl on dining table w/water bottles and snacks for guests was also a nice touch. Hosts responsive. Would book again if in the area as it was conveniently located near family I was visiting.

We stayed with our pup for a long weekend and were able to get everywhere we needed to go & felt very comfortable. All the neighbors were super helpful and friendly! It is a little tricky to find at first, but we loved the apartment all together would stay here again!

We had a great time at this rental. We didn’t share any walls with neighbors and found the patio private and quiet. There was no thru traffic or pedestrians and it was in a great neighborhood for the area. We felt very safe at night in the patio. The rental was well stocked and had more than what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Niko’s condo was perfect for me and my girlfriend’s trip to Denver. Extremely convenient location near Red Rocks (20min drive) and Sloan’s Lake with plenty to see and do in the area. The condo itself was comfortable and accommodating and the area felt very safe. Would recommend!

Communication with Niko was effortless. We were in town for our wedding and had a late flight out on our last day for our honeymoon. We picked this VRBO for its location to our venue, had a washing machine, and allowed for late checkout. Niko was generous to let us stay late at no additional charge. We were locked out on the last day since the lock resets at 11am (normal checkout time) but it was easy to contact Niko and get that changed for the remainder of our time there. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had some major issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard and the bed frame creaks with even the slightest motion. It was a horrible first night. My husband and I bought an air mattress the next day to sleep on it and the sofa for our remaining nights. We left the air mattress there for any future guests. It was also freezing at night since the Nest thermometer overrides what you set it to in order to align with the preprogrammed schedule. We also had to buy toilet paper since there was only the one partially used roll in the bathroom. There were also some cleanliness issues (i.e., the shower had a lot of hair in it and the paper towel roll was dirty with jam stains on the top). While Niko was easy to work with, I would not recommend staying in this unit until the bed frame and bed are changed.
