Planning a Martha's Vineyard getaway with your friends and loved ones You can't go wrong with this charming first-floor studio condo! Part of the Island Inn community, this cozy condo includes access to three Har-Tru clay tennis courts and a shared outdoor pool, not to mention all of the usual home comforts.
Island Inn offers easy access to everything, including golfing and, most importantly, several local beaches within a short distance. Oak Bluffs sits a little more than a mile north and boasts numerous shopping and dining options, in case you need a break from the sand and surf. There are also several nature preserves nearby, perfect for a leisurely hike, a picnic, or some birdwatching.
With one bedroom, a second sleeping area, and room for up to six guests, this Martha's Vineyard vacation rental is great for small families or a few friends. In nice weather, relax on the patio while you chow down on some barbecue - there's a shared grilling area that's perfectly suited to the task. The well-appointed kitchen can handle all your other meal-preparation needs, thanks to the full-size fridge, the electric two-burner stove, and the microwave. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Cable TV and WiFi add convenience during your stay.
Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Apartment was small but clean and very functional for the amount of space. Soap, shampoo, etc. provided. The kitchen was stocked with pots & pans, knives, silverware, plates, bowls, cutting boards, etc.
This was a great convenient location is directly on the MVTA bus route so very easy to get around the island if traveling with no car. The grounds are set back from the main road so no noticeable street noise. Also walkable to Oak Bluffs and larger beaches if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. Very clean and efficient layout to the unit, staff were helpful. Extra towels and linens were provided. There is a nice restaurant/bar next door for a quick bite or a drink and some music. Only real downside No Coffee provided in the unit!! There is a coffee maker and filters so you will need to bring your own beans! Groceries are not available in the immediate area so plan ahead of you travel without a vehicle. This spot might be better suited for groups of adults vs young families due to the party vibes around the bar next door. But everything quieted down by 10 pm. Overall pleasant spot, relatively affordable, no regrets!!
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was lovely. Just as pictured. The property was well maintained and the staff was lovely. We will be back!

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, clean room.
This place far exceeded our expectations
We stayed here for a weekend in May. The room was comfy and clean, perfect for our family. We will be staying here again. The only drawback is it can be a bit noisy.
The location on island can’t be beat—between OB and Edgartown and walking distance to state beach. Loved how dog friendly the property was, along with the restaurant next door! Will definitely visit again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is updated and stylish. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. Access to the pool and playground is great for the children.
Great spot, great staff. We had the best vacation everything was ready on time and perfect when we checked in.
