Stayed Jul 26, 2025Our family loved this condo! The access to the beach was awesome & loved spending time at the pool as well! It was very relaxing on the beach, not a ton of people when we were here. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, linens, things for the beach, etc. We would definitely come back here!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the relaxation of the more or less private beach in a non-driving portion of the New Smyrna Beach. Great area, great restaurants within a couple miles along with two great downtown streets with shopping and restaurants (Flager Avenue and Canal Street). We plan to go back to Nee Smyrna for another trip in the not too distant future!

Stayed May 14, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Christa's apartment. It's very comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. We had great communication with her; she always responded to our questions and was very friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024The condo was clean, well appointed, and family friendly. The king bed was very comfortable. The two twins in the other bedroom accommodated our two boys perfectly. Communication with the owner/manager was great. Would stay in this condo again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024The property is well kept and very clean. The owner of the unit was very helpful always got back with you on any of your emails or will call you personally to help you with anything. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils pots and pans. The balcony has nice view of pool and ocean front view. The office people and all other owners of the property was so nice and very helpful! There is a really nice Dollar General Market across the street that has everything you need for groceries drinks for kids and adults. There is a really good restaurant called C’s Waffles for breakfast and a Ice cream shop next to it.
