Comfortable Condo Downtown Lincoln

Clean, and not cluttered.

Our hose reached out within hours of our reservation to thank us and welcome us to his condo ... and again prior to our visit with all appropriate pre-visit information. The condo was very nicely finished and conveniently located near all downtown activities ... just a short walk to Memorial Stadium! The available nearby private parking was an added bonus. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again!

Cute and cozy. The location is great, and is only about a 12-15 minute walk to PBA. We had a hiccup with getting back into the condo after we called it a night, but the manager of the building and the owner of the condo were great at accommodating once all lines of communications were met.

We stayed 1 night, location was good, easy walking to the Haymarket area. Parking was a little cumbersome, but anything downtown would be. Not the owners fault at all. We would stay again.

Exactly what we needed

Condo in downtown Lincoln, walking distance to all the things: Memorial stadium, Haymarket, etc.In an old Bank, Condos have great living spaces and high ceilings. Responsive owner, easy to get a hold of.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve so we didn't have to drive. Easy walk to the Green Gateau and the Bourbon Theater. Comfortable bed and great K cups for revival in the morning.

Fantastic apartment downtown!

This was our second time staying here and pleases with our stay. The owner is always very responsive and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We went to a Huskers volleyball game and walked to Haymarket area for dinner. Host very quick to communicate when needed.

Loved this cozy condo - only drawback is parking but that is just part of being downtown. Excellent host!! Quick response to questions. Will stay here again!!

Perfect for a couple for weekend in Lincoln!

The place was great! Just as listed. Communication with host was great, cant complain at all.

Although the building itself is older, the unit is awesome! It is well furnished, has a LOT of space, the bed is SO comfortable (the pillows are perfect), and everything that one would need to stay a week or a month is right there. I really enjoyed the space and host is terrific, resolving an issue with the door lock almost instantly. Loved it!

Stop in Lincoln for 3 days after returning from Canada-good location great price-a lot of revitalization right around the building but close to U of Nebraska, Capitol and restaurants/shops Would definitely stay again

Great location to the wedding and reception. Nice place with all of the necessities. Great communication with the host. Would recommend others to stay here if need a place near UNL
