Stayed Dec 1, 2021My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers for the beach. We had perfect weather too, and even saw a dolphin swimming up the canal one morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We can only add our agreement with all the other excellent ratings for this condo. We are signed up to return next year. Good quiet place to sit around the pool, read, go to the Cape Coral city beach, walk the canal neighborhoods and parks, explore a wide variety of restaurants. Condo is relatively recently remodeled, very nice, very clean. Eight unit complex with most units owner occupied. All very friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cape Coral is close to ft. myers, less traffic than ft. myers. Good places to eat, Fords Garage, Pinchers at Tarpon point, Pine island road has a lot of good places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much, The locals were very friendly, the condo was real nice with 3 beds, the pool is on the north side, so the sun wasn't there much, a nice canal to look at with the boats. There is some homes here that reminds me of being at marco island. Thanks to the owners, good to work with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Yes Cape Coral has quickly become our new favorite go to spot for wintering in Florida. It is a great, more relaxing town than we have found in other parts of Florida. Much less hectic traffic and access to water and fun spots not a major driving effort. Getting around town is very simple. Getting to the beach can be a challenge at certain times but good planning avoids the traffic issues. Cycling which is something I did every day there was much better than I ever expected. There are wide cycling lanes all over town and well marked routes throughout. The Tour de Cape which I participated in riding the 100 mile course was extremely well managed. It was also possible to cycle to places like Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands where cycle lanes abound. Everyone we met there was so friendly and happy to be there, most everyone is from somewhere else, mostly northerns, which created a fun environment everywhere we went. And there's lots of fun places to go. Great one of a kind restaurants are everywhere. Our favorites include Lobster Lady, SOBs, Annies, Merricks, Iguana Mia. It also seems like there's a competition to have a better happy hour. No problem finding them as they are all packed with people everyday with some starting in the morning. Other fun spot was Dixie Roadhouse. Didn't realize tons of people love to country line dance. This also is a boating world. Through the canal system you can get to the gulf and boat to lots of places, tie up and have a sun-filled lunch or fish for dinner. All this fun wouldn't have been nearly as good if we didn't also have a great place to stay. All the reviews posted about this place being well stocked and well kept are right on. We loved the layout and newly redone decor. Everything was first class including beds, linens, kitchen appliances, furniture, accessories. And the location was excellent, just a block off Cape Coral Parkway making it easy to get just about anywhere in town in 15 minutes of less. Three bedroom condos are also tough to find and this one has three nice sized bedrooms. The only thing we'd ever want different in this condo is its orientation to the sun. It faces north and in January the sun just doesn't get there. On warm days it was no problem which was most of our days there. On cooler days we did need to shut the gigantic sliding doors to stay warm. Many thanks to the owners who were most accommodating and great to work with.
