Comfort Cottage - No Stairs!

It was a wonderful play to stay great location

The host was very responsive, and the location was excellent. We needed three bedrooms and the property accommodated our needs successfully.

Kitchen could use some wine glasses. Did not use the pool. Fold out couch does not make a comfortable bed.

Would have preferred more paper products. Parking was a nightmare. Upstairs neighbors were entirely too loud stomping and running during quiet hours, which made it difficult to get young children to sleep. Overall, location was great, very clean, and it was spacious for the amount of people we had there.

Check in was easy. Sheets, floors and toilets were dirty. Quiet time was supposed to be at 10, the upstairs renters were having a loud party. Drawer face missing in kitchen. Minor repairs needed throughout the property.

Didnt appear the floors had been swept or mopped hair and trash still in floors. laundry still in dryer, toilets not cleaned looked like mold around water line. no parking because everyone was parking in our spots walking to other buildings. Pool was full of older kids and climbing on rock wall no parents around not safe for smaller children so we left after a few mins. Also our neighbors above us from midnight to 5am were so loud sounded like they were jumping and running we asked for them to stop but then they were outside looking at our car so was afraid they might try something we stayed at this location before but it has definitely went down

Couch was awful

Perfect size for our group of 8 women. Sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. Air mattress was a much better option after we found it in the bedroom closet. However you will need a charging block to air up and deflate. Well stocked with paper towels, TP, dishwasher soap, etc. I would book again but for smaller group since the sofa was not a good option for sleeping.

There were crumbs in the made bed when we got there. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen. The toilet paper was like using sand paper. And when I used a clean towel after the shower there was a long hair stuck to my body. None of us have long hair. There was also some curtains on the rod backwards. Just seems like someone is missing a lot of the details. I’m being generous with my ratings because the crumbs and yucky towel could’ve made me completely trash this place. And it wouldn’t hurt to spend a few more dollars of some toilet paper that is a little softer on the hiney.

Close to the strip, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Everything was good except the ceilin/floor we had a thunder foot family above us heard every step they took

The beds were comfortable and the condo clean. In the winter time a couple more extra blankets would be nice since we kept the thermostat at 70 degrees. The only problem the living room couch was like sitting on a hard rock. We loved the dining table with the benches instead of chairs. It was very good value for the number of beds and rooms.

Nice condo. My only complaint was the upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. They were up late and started back at 6:45am so sleep always hard. Middle bedroom mattress was uncomfortable but other 2 were great.

The property was very clean and convenient

Absolutely loved our stay! Great condo with plenty of space and amenities. I would highly recommend a stay here and plan to be back in the future!
