Before we arrived to the unit, we were told that the clothes washer was not working and that it would be fixed halfway through our stay. Once we arrived, the floors were dirty. My toddler had black dirt all over his feet, knees, and hands after crawling on the floor for a few minutes. We let the management company know about the floors and they apologized and said that they would send a cleaner over to correct the problem. The cleaners never came during our 6 day stay. The washer was never fixed during our stay. The owner offered a 100 refund for the inconvenience of having to go without a washer. The management company couldn’t remember things that they told me via text and I was asked to send them a screenshot of text messages that they sent me. I was also told to call their maintenance to ask when the washer would be fixed. I loved the location and the owner seems nice, but the management company doesn’t seem to know what is going on and doesn’t follow through with what they tell you that they will do.

It was the perfect location to the beach. Wish the weather would have been nicer to enjoy the beach more however that is definitely not the property’s fault. The place was beautiful and comfortable and there were 7 of us and it was perfect. We did have to purchase toilet paper trash bags coffee filters etc. so def recommend doing before arrival.

Room was pristine as far as cleanliness. Unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. Unit was bigger than I expected. Super fast elevator. Hot tub was not hot for the entire week until our last night. Then it was fixed and hit. Pool was super clean. Building was super quiet! Only thing I would like to see is a chaise lounge chair on the balcony. It would be nice to nap out there

Perfect location for the beach, not real good for dining and other activities. Unit was fully stocked and had a closet full of beach toys.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view, hot tub couldve been hotter, oven had some issues getting hot enough, loved having a 2 balconies, loved the beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards... no keurig

The condo is perfect for a getaway. Right on the beach with spectacular views, furnishings, and kitchen set up.

The condo itself and the view/location were fabulous. The only downside to our trip was the balcony door lock malfunctioned leaving us locked out on the balcony early in the morning. The after hours phone line was never answered nor was there a return call from the message I left. Once the office opened, it took another half hour to get a response. Otherwise , it was a fantastic stay

First time in Gulf Shores. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back.

The decor, furnishings and mattresses were all new and comfortable. Short easy walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Personal touches ( beach chairs, toys, art supplies) were also fun. The only thing I would change is to move the master bed across the room- away from the noise of the trash chute. We will be back.

The property was very nice and in a wonderful location. The unit we stayed in was very nice however the microwave didn’t work and we had an issue with a smoke detector in the second bedroom.

I had to leave early because of family emergency. I was enjoying the place.Will probably try it again later!I enjoyed dealing with Poole.

We spent 10 days while visiting relatives. The condo was good, updated appliances ( dishwasher needs attention), construction crew made parking a challenge, foam pads on beds were low quality and had to be removed. View of Gulf was great and relaxing.

The VRBO listing and property management company failed to mention that the entire Condo Complex was under construction. As a result of the construction, the master bedroom balcony was blocked off and inaccessible. In addition, the black tarp covering the entire master bedroom balcony door blocked the view and flapped loudly in the wind distributing my sleep. The master bedroom balcony being tarped and inaccessible also was not disclosed in the VRBO listing or by the property management company. The elevator also was covered from floor to ceiling with fiber board due to the construction resulting in a service elevator experience. The parking lot also had cones blocking 25% of the spaces near the building even though I was charged $50 dollars per car for parking. The unit we stayed in was clean. In addition, the unit was stocked with essentials.
