Special sound-absorbing insulation in the walls ensures quiet privacy. A main bedroom with a California king bed, a second bedroom sleeping four, and a pull-out sleeper sofa allow you to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.

Set in the heart of all the Disney magic, you are just steps from Disneyland, California Adventures, and Downtown Disney. Anaheim also offers great dining options, shopping, and activities. In addition, you are conveniently located to Knott's, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Legoland, Sea World, and world-famous beaches. You are close enough to Disneyland to hear the whistle of the Disneyland Railroad and watch the fireworks light the sky over the park each night!

Large sliding glass doors fill the space with light, opening to a beautiful and very private patio with comfortable seating, a Weber grill, and a dining table for alfresco meals.

The main bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind - complete with a California king bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress for extra comfort and high thread-count linens, as well as a flat-screen high-definition TV positioned to enjoy entertainment in bed. An en-suite bathroom is detailed with marble double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower featuring a rainfall showerhead and eye-catching glass tile.

The second bedroom is furnished with a high-definition TV with Blu-ray player and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle below. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination lined with subway tile. A half bath includes a full-size washer/dryer.

    BE AWARE ….. my original review has vanished for this unit and that should be concerning to the next guests this unit is beyond dirty and disgusting - cleanliness is not how i would even come close to describing and i am not sure how anyone could has said otherwise i have many shareable pictures as proof to the conditions and if the owner is or has not paid for a deep cleaning including carpets i would not rent here no matter how close you are to Disneyland as mold and black dust are toxic no matter how little time you are spending near it hopefully this review will stay on the site to be fair to the next renters note: my contact with the new cleaning agency representative and the person at Vacasa were great and they did the best they could under the circumstances

    Comfortable place to stay with kids. About a 15 minute walk to the west entrance to Disneyland.

    We got a complaint for noise on one of our nights. I simply do not know that is possible. We were all in bed when I got the alert of a possible 1,000 fine if it happened again. My son may have coughed a couple of times is the only thing I could think of. I'm still confused how we got a complaint.We lost water on one of the days of our trip. This was an issue specific to our property, NOT a problem in SoCal because of the fires. I was disappointed that the best offer the property manager had for us was a 15 refund and a couple hour later checkout. I think it's problem bigger than 15. Lastly, our car was towed. We moved our car one time during our stay, and I missed our assigned spot BY ONE SPOT. Admittedly, I wasn't super careful because the parking lot was half empty, and was always half empty throughout our stay. The car was misparked for a couple of hours on just one evening while we went to Disneyland, and when we got back it was gone. It cost us 550 to get our car back at 3 AM. The owner did tell us about the possibility of being towed, but I would warn guests in bolded large font about how this complex is clearly predatory. I picked up another job to pay for this chance to take my kids to Disneyland, and a 550 price tag does not match the gravity of my sin. I can't help but wonder if the manager of the complex has a towing business on the side to pad their income. Nice unit with great location and mangers are nice, but be warned and learn from my mistake.

    Amazing very clean stay. 5 minute walk to Disneyland hotel. 15 min walk from front door to front gates. Very comfortable after a long day at parks.

    10-15 minute walk to Monorail or parking lot trams - Not very walker-friendly route (that's Anaheim City and Disney's fault though..), but passable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Everything worked as expected.

    Overall a great stay and great location. It rained the first night that resulted in a leaky roof, right above the master bed. Contacted the property manager and we did get a return call from the maintenance person who said that there was nothing he could do since the property was privately owned. Rain went away and didn’t have a problem after that but hopefully the home owners fix the issue. Location was great! Walked to the parking garage pickup point and took the shuttle into the park. Easy peasy.
