Stayed Jul 24, 2025Great location to Old Colorado City. Check in was easy as well as departure. Kitchen had everything you will need for quick meals and more. Comfortable beds. Host quickly responds to questions.

Stayed Mar 5, 2021The apartment was very clean and modern. The check-in process was a little unclear and had issues reaching the owner on the day of check-in, but was able to make contact easily for check-out. I would recommend the owner to have additional blankets and/or throws available for use as there were none. Particularly given Colorado’s cold climate during the winter months.
