Coeur d’Alene Luxury Waterfront Condo - Close to Everything

We loved the view and comfort if the property!

Absolutely great spot to stay in Couer d’alene! The views from the apartment are amazing!! The balcony was so awesome, we loved getting to sit out there a few times. We didn’t get great weather while we were there but we were happy to sit inside and enjoy the view. The floor to ceiling windows made you feel like you were outside. It was convenient that there were two restaurants downstairs! The apartment is a little bit older so certain things are dated, i.e. appliances (old stained coffee maker, no ice maker), and we couldn’t get the A/C to work despite talking to the owners and following their instructions… which is the downside with how much the apartment is per night. I feel like everything should be top notch for $500/night. A slight bummer but we overall enjoyed the stay!

View is lovely and plenty room for us. However housekeeping does not maintain all amenities, ie light bulbs that are out, refills in kitchen, report to maintenance that TVs do not work, even after doing everything suggested, keys are difficult at entry even for maintenance person.

The instructions and communication from the owner were great. The location is 100% accurate to the pictures. The unit and view is beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Surrounding area was great for food, highway access, grocery stores. Only thing was the shower. Not all water goes to shower head, majority just rushes out to the tub so water pressure could be better. Pretty minor considering the stay was perfect. Will absolutely re book

Great location, quiet and very clean.

Loved our visit to Coeur d' Alene this vacation home far exceeded our expectations. We had fun watching all the river action from the patio and through the windows when it rained. Comfy, clean, easy access to everything! We biked, walked miles, & swam in the lake. We hope to return again soon.

Cannot say enough about the location and access to amazing biking and hiking. The rental was just as shown and a joy to spend time at!

Beautiful views right on the river and perfectly situated within walking distance to many restaurants & shops and easy access to the boardwalk and trail. Hosts provided very detailed, helpful instructions for arrival and responded promptly. We were there on a weekend day where boat traffic was heavy, so know it is not a super quiet location.

Wonderful, well-appointed, luxury condo with great views up and down the Spokane river. Easy access to walking/hiking trails, as well as downtown Coeur d’Alene via a short 5-minute drive. The unit was extra comfortable and nicely decorated, enhancing our summer visit to beautiful northern Idaho.

This condo and location exceeded our expectations. The amenities, decor, cleanliness, and waterfront view were top notch. The hosts are very friendly and responsive with detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back as we had the best time and loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful amenities. Perfect for a relaxing vacation for a couple. Close to restaurants and walking/bike paths. The owners thought of all the little things and we could just enjoy. We loved the balcony overlooking the water!

Needs a new bed very stiff and the shower is hard to use. Everything else was great.

I rented this beautiful property for my husband’s birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—very convenient to nearby restaurants. The view from the unit was stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch some snow on the last day of our stay. Barbara was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only minor downside (and not the host's fault) was some construction below our unit that was a bit disruptive, but it only lasted for a couple of hours. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Great location, great and comfortable amenities and quick response from host when needed. Only complaint (no fault of the owner) there was a remodel going on above the unit so not a relaxing trip as we wanted but there is a lot to to in the area so we were able to leave the condo 9-5p to escape the noise. We will stay again if we come back to the area!

Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene but without a doubt we would have loved it! The brief time we got to spend there was everything we thought it would be. The condo is just as the photos show. The whole setting is serene, beautiful and just relaxing. We can’t wait to book another stay!

WOW ..really does say it all! Condo was beautiful,very comfortable and clean. The views from the condo of the Spokane River were amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location. It was very close and within walking distance to a plethora of restaurants. We had a car but we chose to walk because the area is just so beautiful. The hosts were amazing. They answered all our questions and got back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Coeur d'Alene. We will be back! restaurants restaurants

Gorgeous condo 10/10 recommend

Loved this place! Very clean, great location, and quiet. Plus the owners are helpful with area recommendations and addressed a small issue we had with the television quickly. You can tell Frank and Barbara care about their guests and take care of their condo. Location is in a new neighborhood. There are two restaurants downstairs and a shopping center two short blocks away with over a half dozen eateries, stores, and a movie theater. Only about 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect! Updated building, very close to bike/walking path, breakfast place downstairs plus lunch/dinner place downstairs, 2 regular bikes you can use, you can walk on walking path to area to rent jet skies and boating stuff. Owner was very prompt if you called. Neighbors were very nice. Own underground parking spot.Balcony overlooking lake. Very nice neighborhood, clean area. Beach spots along walking path. Ride your bike into town.
