Stayed May 26, 2024The house is great for a family of 8 or so. Pools and gym are perfect for activities. Walking distance to all that is KoOlina. The house was not as equipped as I had hoped for for such an expensive 30 day stay. But maybe I'm just spoiled.

Stayed Oct 1, 2023Great property, very clean, quite, well appointed. Good location (proximity to shopping). Only downside was the resident next store. On day 1, before we even walked into the property, he proceeded to tell us “How things work around here, because I live here full time” he advised that we couldn’t park in driveway (which we knew). Yet stated that he could leave his car there because he was cleaning garage (5 hours and no where to be seen). He also rudely asked “ Do you understand what I am saying?”….(I am American born Chinese and speak perfect English with no accent). I walked away without speaking and were I not a 68 year old, would have likely escalated the incident. Luckily we had no other interaction with him. He was certainly not representative of the rest of the very friendly people that we interacted with. We would absolutely stay there again. Thanks to Ola properties and especially the homeowner for having such good taste.

Stayed May 3, 2022Condo is closest to the sidewalk to go across the street to Aulani, Four Seasons, The Marriot and Beach Villas. It is also closer to the shopping and restaurants next to Coconut Plantation than all the other condos. However, being so close to the commercial buildings was very noisy at night time. The condo itself is large. However, it's decorated in it's original decor from when it was built in early 2000 - carpet included. I was grossed out by all the stains on the carpet and furniture and wore socks at all time. My white sock bottoms were black in no time and I was continually changing my socks even with mopping the tile floors daily with bleach cleaner. The living room is overfilled with furniture. We had to move it around and find places to store an ottoman and a chair just so we could move. It is also over flowing with too much decor and odds and ends of furniture and the owner's items in every closet in the condo. I would highly recommend that the owner replace the carpet and refurnish with new furniture and much less if it. The downstairs and upstairs shower drains were plugged and extremely slow to drain. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was terrible. The water temperature was also turned down low so only one person could take a semi-warm shower before the water went cold. I boiled water on the stove to fill the sink to wash dishes. The screen doors on both levels constantly fell off the tracks. The washer and dryer pull out doors constantly came off the tracks also. We had a major issue with mosquitos inside the condo and our 5 year old twins had swollen eyes and bites on their faces, arms and legs the entire 30 day stay. We had to take one twin to an urgent care because both his eyes were swollen shut. After we found out from the doctor that our boys had allergic reactions to the mosquito bites, I sprayed them down with mosquito repellent to sleep which helped a lot. The mosquitos were really bad in the upstairs main bathroom and in the master bedroom closet where both places are very warm without windows.. I would definitely recommend buying inside bug spray to use in the condo during your stay and definitely bring mosquito repellent for indoor and outdoor use. The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. There are two pools each within a hot tub. They are beautiful as well and maintained to high standards.

Stayed Sep 4, 2021Our family stayed for a month and had a great time walking to the lagoons. Minutes from Paradise Cove and the amazing snorkeling at Electric Beach. Kids also had a great time in the two pools. Highly recommended

Stayed Mar 2, 2021We had a great stay at Coconut Plantation and were very pleased with the Property Manager. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, and of course the lagoons. Pools were also close by. We were sad that we weren’t able to grill at our condo but we made use of the community grills by the pools. We are hopefully going to book another condo for our next winter getaway.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020Overall it was great. Unfortunately the Coronavirus came into play shortening our stay. The unit is lovely but the first few nights were very noisy from the shopping center next door.
