Cocoa Beach Paradise - direct ocean

We loved the proximity to the beach. Open the patio door and walk to the water. The garage was an extra benefit. Great restaurants and shopping was less than 10 minutes away. Our primary reason for picking this property was the easy access to the private beach.

Place was great, couldn't ask for better (quiet) beach access. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Place was very nice! We had plenty of room for 6 adults. Location was away from the crowds but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the close access to the beach! Very private area and Tony let us know about a SpaceX launch that we could see right from the beach. Very relaxing stay!

We had an excellent time staying here. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space. This is an older, simple building, but everything in the unit was well taken care of. The Wi-Fi was around. There were 3 televisions with cable and smart capabilities if you wanted to use your streaming accounts. That would've been handy on a longer stay or is poor weather came up. The beds were very nice and the couches/chairs were comfortable. There was a nice fridge, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Each bedroom and the living room had a stand-up fan to circulate air. The best part of this location was walking out the back door straight to the ocean. The view was amazing and we loved watching the sun rise each morning. Beach towels and gear were provided. There is a pool onsite, but it is out by the road in the parking lot. We didn't use it. Tony was a great host and we would gladly come back here.

Our stay at the beach home was so delightful because the condo was gorgeously and fully appointed. We had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved stepping out to the private, oceanfront patio for morning coffee and evening moon watching. Having an enclosed garage was the perfect addition that allowed us to keep the Jeep opened up during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The Vrbo was as described. Clean, lots of room for us, it had everything we needed. Tony was responsive immediately to our questions. The location to the water amazing. The view from the patio breathtaking. We hope to be back next year for two weeks.

This cute beach front 2 bedroom 2 bath was a great place to stay at Cocoa Beach. Ocean views from the condo were spectacular and was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again!

Def recommend staying here! Can't get any closer to the beach. Can hear the waves from patio. Very comfortable beds. Host was super super gracious letting us move our stay dates due to a hurricane. Very roomy space. Near lots of dining and attractions.

Back for an annual trip to Cocoa Beach. We love this place! Away from the bustle, yet close enough to go there. Peaceful, clean, quiet beach steps away from the door. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Full kitchen, close to Publix, and many convenient restaurants.

Great location, pool was not usable sadly, and sliding glass door difficult to open leading from living room to back deck.

What a special place. On the beautiful, less crowded area of Cocoa Beach. The condo was cute, clean, and well- appointed. You dont need to bring anything. There are beach chairs, toys, even an umbrella. We loved our stay!
