Coco Azul -Beach Front- Ocean Front-No Stairs

Great Place comfortable

The location and view were great! Size of apartment was good. Attractive furnishings. Lovely patio. Netflix was good. Liked the location so close to the beach and the entrance way back up to the building. It felt very safe even at night. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to warm up and little water pressure. Construction noise in building was loud at times but fortunately we were up early so did not bother us.

My husband and I stayed here in January 2026 for one week. The condo was beautiful, the view was stunning, and we loved the location. It was in a fairly quiet area, but just a few blocks from all the great restaurants of the RZ. We would 100% recommend the condo to anyone. I hope to visit again - maybe next January!

The condo lived up to its description. We especially appreciated how everyone in the area was so welcoming and friendly. From other condo owners, staff, other tourists. It was awesome!

Perfect patio with amazing view

Amazing stay at Coco Azul. The location was perfect and the condo was beautiful and spacious. The pictures are exactly how it is. Clean and well maintained. The check in process was smooth and the communication leading up to the stay was great. All around highly recommend for a great getaway

We had a very nice visit. the condo is as advertised. the condo was clean and in a very nice neighborhood. there are hills to the building so that can be a bit challenging.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Coco Azul! The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and as the description states, no stairs! (there are stairs on the property, but you don't have to use them if you don't want!) The view is breathtaking, my favorite thing to do was wake up early and take a fresh cup of coffee out on the patio and just listen to the waves crash on the beach. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, Russ and Tere worked together to find a solution quickly! Will be booking here again for sure!

We really loved Coco Azul. The apartment was set up perfectly. It was spacious and comfortable. We had coffee on the patio and watched the waves as the sun came out. Coco Azul is close to great restaurants and shopping as well as right on the beach. If you want to cook there is a local market down the street and the kitchen is well equipped. We will be returning!

Beautiful Balcony views to the ocean. Great Pool! I had requested a shower chair and the host was accommodating. Good location. Its close to stores and restaurants as well as to boardwalk. The headboard was a bit loose but nothing to worry about and watch the edges of the bed frame. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

This is a must stay property! Perfectly located, beautifully decorated, comfortable with a killer view? What more could you need for a great vacation. Hadn’t used the pool on prior visits but did use it this stay. It’s a quiet escape after you’ve had enough of the stimulation on the beach.

Could not have been happier with the condo, the great view from the private patio, or the amenities inside. This place really delivered. Direct access to the beach was awesome. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful.

The cleanliness, space , decor & modern conveniences were MUCH better than any hotel. But the patio & view put the rental OTT! Price was super fair as well. Cannot imagine staying in a hotel with a comparable price compared to Coco Azul. Would definitely book again!
