Coastal Themed Villa Retreat in Paradise Awaits for You!

We found a GEM! The gated community of Landings of Largo is very safe and friendly. Everyone is nice and welcomed my wife and I like family. The host of the unit was very attentive and periodically checked in by phone to make sure our stay was as promised. He always made sure it was ok with us anytime that he might have to stop by for supplies/tools for his boat at a nearby marina which was only once or twice during our 60 day stay. We lived at the pool only because that’s what we chose but there is pickleball, tennis, basketball and fishing if you choose. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us as it was a very special moment and we will talk about it for the rest our lives.

Nice Property. Quiet Location.

Lovely place. Had a great time. One thing that could make it more enjoyable would be beach chairs, we went to a lot of the parks and had to purchase a beach mat so we had something to sit on we are older and trying to sit on the ground was no fun. The host were very responsive to any unseen issues that accrued. Would definitely recommend and return.

My husband and I stayed a month here and let me tell you, it was AMAZING ! The hosts couldn't have been more friendlier and responded to us within minutes. The unit is recently renovated and it shows. It has everything that one would need.The other tenants /owners are so friendly and we actually became friends with a couple of them. The pools are clean and heated. Which is definitely an added bonus. The best part is the sunset pier. We spent the hour before sunset just sitting there watching all the marine life, come alive. There were sharks, manatees, crocodiles and more. This is a gem of a place. Don't hesitant to book it !

Our 30 day visit Feb/March couldn't have been nicer. From the time we walked through the door, the space was full of light and beautiful decor to welcome you and invite you to relax. Melinda was so accessible and attentive to any questions that we had. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our visit with a complete kitchen of accessories and pots and pans to prepare meals at home. Many mornings were enjoyed drinking coffee and reading on the upper floor patio. With the long stay, cleaning supplies were provided along with laundry supplies. The new Publix grocery store was just 10 minutes away. The property is within a gated property that has access to a marina and a boardwalk to watch the sunset and enjoy nature: egrets, cranes, osprey and manatees, crocodiles and fish swimming in the waters below. We visited with a few fishermen, fishing off the boardwalk, trying to catch and release a tarpon or two, just for sport. The sunsets were spectacular! The people living within the community were very friendly and shared stories of their travels. Places that we wanted to visit were within 1-1.5 hours of driving to reach Biscayne National Park, various locations in Everglades National Park, John Pennekamp, Little Havana and Wynwood Walls in South Miami. Sea Dwellers Scuba diving was just five minutes away. It was such a special time spent in Key Largo. Thank you, Melinda, for all that you did to make our stay so lovely!

Awesome stay and highly recommended. The unit is bright, well-appointed, and convenient to everything the Keys has to offer. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The complex is quiet, has a great shaded dock to fish or enjoy the sunset from, and is a short ride to world class attractions, particularly for outdoor enthusiasts. We fished, saw abundant wildlife, enjoyed fabulous Keys dining, and more. The unit’s screened porch with evening lighting, grill, and TV is fabulous, too. An hour to Everglades National Park, minutes to Pennenkamp Coral Reef State Park and the Dagny Preserve. Key West is a great drive for spending the day, and the Key Deer Preserve is along the way. Not only is abundant wildlife a short ride away, but an early evening at the dock may include observing manatee, crocodiles, and fishes — we saw all of them from that spot.
