Stayed Oct 10, 2025Stayed in condo 201. Beds were like sleeping on plywood they were VERY uncomfortable and pillows were flat no matter how many we had. The bedspread was dirty and Stains all over it. The furniture in the living room was old and dirty with stains. The fridge was all rusty on the outside. The walls look like they have never been painted. The fan in the master bedroom was loud and annoying. The shower in the master was sub-par. Very dated - we have stayed here numerous Times and this was the worst one yet. Will probably not stay at beach place again. Office staff were very nice and helpful when needed.

I parked my car when we arrived and didn’t move it until it was time to leave.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly somewhat dissatisfied. The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. My wife and I picked up several used Q - Tips from the floor. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the tub. However the view was nice. Balcony was nice.

Always an enjoyable stay, the unit is roomy and comfortable for my needs. I stay for a month, I feel there should be linen exchange at least once during my stay. It's nice that the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. One small item needed is a table on the balcony. Maintenance was responsive to a couple minor issuses.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023We had such a great stay, the beach was right in our backyard and really nice and clean. Right across the stree was Johns Pass and we had delicious seafood everyday. such a cool place to visit, didnt even use our car. highly recomend it!!!!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023The condo was clean and big enough for my husband and I and two teen boys. The location was nice and the teens were able to walk around the area without feeling concerned about safety. Lots of restaurants, beach nearby, and shops. We had a good time for a long weekend beach vacation.

Reviewer Comments: I have been visiting Madeira Beach for 40 years and the Beach Place is the best place to stay. So close to John’s Pass, great location, well maintained building. Room #201 was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely pick this unit again when we come back.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beach Place many times but always on Beach Front. 1st time overlooking parking lot and we were not too happy with all the noise so we probably won't be staying on this side again. Overall the place was nice just noisy at nights.
