Stayed Feb 22, 2025The place was clean. We were told about 6 weeks prior to our visit that the pool would be ready. It wasn't. I was told still waiting on city to inspect and sign off. Two of the screens on the patio were torn. One morning there was a knock on the door and there was a crew that came to paint the patio. I would think that could have been scheduled better. The owner said she wasn't aware of this. She did issue a small credit for the inconvenience.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Property was very outdated. Tv remote damaged, outdoor furniture rusted bad, smell of mold/flood damage. Not happy.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025We were a little surprised by the ongoing construction in this complex. Be aware that you will be staying in an active construction zone. The unit was fine, very small bathroom and the kitchen was a little tired. No oven or dishwasher. The owner seemed to care about the unit and the renters. Also, linens and towels need a refresh. All in all it was an OK place for 2 people to stay.
