Coastal Luxury at Turquoise Place 705D Private Hottub and Grill by Prickett Properties

The condo was nicely decorated and spacious. The cleanliness could have been better. The master shower door was covered in soap scum. Hand towels in the half bath were covered in long, dark hair when we checked in. The cabinet faces hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The towels provided, other than the master bathroom towels, were extremely thin and worn. The condo overall, needs a complete interior paint job. We enjoyed our week and appreciated the extra plates and silverware provided, on the bright side.

Place is very nice, only complaint we had is that the person before us either had a cat or dog, there was hair everywhere on the couch and rugs, my son also broke out in a rash bc of it, he’s allergic, staff was very nice and condo was as well

This condo absolutely had the room and amenities that our family needed. We had everything we needed to prepare big meals for our group and plenty of room to spread out. The condo was clean and the staff at Prickett and Turquoise Place were all delightful to work with! We hope to use your vacation rental service many times in the future!!

This place is beautiful! Very friendly staff and clean place

The condo was great only issue was the beds were a little uncomfortable and the mattress felt slanted toward the middle. Very minor issue to an overall great experience. The AC was out when we first arrived but the host was very responsive when we reached out about it. Turns out it was out for the entire resort and not just our room but it was fixed within 24 hours.

Pictures included are the view from the balcony (7th floor) & view from the door exiting the unit. Unit was clean and stocked for the first night (you are responsible for everything else except your bath towels after the first night, that is for every unit on the property) beds were clean and comfortable. The sectional couch wasn’t connected together and we have 4 little ones who kept dropping things between the sections but overall the experience was great and accommodated our family of 11. The wrist bands given were much easier than carrying around key cards everywhere you go at the resort.

Clean, plenty of room, great view of the beach

This property was wonderful- very clean and spacious. The private balcony with grill and hot tub was wonderful for relaxing and family cookouts. The kitchen was great, included everything you need to meal prep (and the property is just a few minutes from a Walmart and Publix for easy grocery shopping). Our kids loved the lazy river, tennis courts, mini golf, and beach. A couple notes, be sure you bring your own towels for pool and beach as these are not provided (and bring your own racquets if you plan to use the courts). Beds were very comfortable and living room was large, fit our family of 6 very well! Only other note, you need to bring your own dishwasher soap, laundry soap, to and paper towel, as this is not restocked after the first roll. We were very happy with our vacation and will rebook this property in the future.

We enjoyed our condo at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach very much! It met all our expectations and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Had a great stay. TP is an excellent place to stay on the beach. Wish we could have had better weather, but that’s not your fault. Everything was just as expected. Beds were a bit too firm for our liking. Loved that there was a Christmas tree. We added a few bows for future guests.

The property could use a little more detail to cleaning. Molding in the bathrooms and most all the doors in the unit were dirty when we arrived but was an easy clean with a Clorox wipe. The master bed could also use an update or a flip, it was definitely on the uncomfortable side compared to the other rooms. And if a small vacuum could be added to the room that would have been great! It seems this unit has been well loved by many and that’s probably what is most visible with normal wear and tear (stained decorative pillows in bedrooms, small rips in curtains in living room, scuffed and stained walls) all things that just need updated with time. Overall the location and amenities that were offered made this a great vacation.There was plenty of room so you didn’t feel crammed in with a large group. The kitchen was stocked well and made nightly dinners easy to prepare and the grill was a great addition. The elevators were fast so no issues with coming and going. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it. Balcony hot tub was a nice extra bonus for when you just wanted to relax in a more quiet area, also like that they check it daily.

We had a great week at the beach. The only thing that I don’t know can be fixed is there were several large roaches in the grill area on the balcony.

Fantastic place to stay with a lot of amenities. Will def stay again at this beautiful place!
