Coastal Family Escape – 3-Bed Retreat w/ Pool, Huge Balcony & Pier Views

Very clean and comfortable for my family with two young children. Enough space for everyone to spread out too!

Nice location, condo was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I didn’t like was your parking spot is the furthest from the elevator, it’s close to the stairs but who wants to climb those to the 4th floor, so it is what it is on that. All in all a great place and location.

The property was absolutely amazing and extremely clean. There was lots of extras such as beach toys, box fans, blow up mattress and a pack'n'play. Emma the property manager was also fantastic! She communicated to us often before during and after our stay. 5 stars and we will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was very comfortable. Great location! Well stocked for fun (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler.) Lots of activities in walking distance and the beach was great. Highly recommend the location and the rental experience with Happy Palms Stays. Hope to return.

Very welcoming. Pool decking was under maintenance for a couple of days and was closed but an alternative pool was made available which was nice.

Great location to the beach! Watching a rocket launch was also a great time!

AC worked great, thank God because it was needed. Other guest and residents were friendly. Shoping and local places to eat were great! Host was responsive when needed. We were able to see 2 shuttle launches; 1 at night & 1 during the day...Super cool. Only disappointment was the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall, highly recommend. Will be back!

Everything at the condo was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay! Maintenance took care of an issue with the television right away, and communication with the property manager was excellent.

This property was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need for a week. The access to the beach was on site and wonderful. The pool area is large with very comfortable seating. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely return to this property. Thanks Zareh for being an excellent host.

Process from start to finish was a breeze. Condo was beautiful inside and clean. It also had everything we needed for a trip to the beach so it was great that we didn't have to worry about chairs and umbrellas. The host was so easy to communicate with and friendly. The pool was lovely and big and the only thing I would suggest to the property as a whole is for the pool to be opened until at least 10 instead of 830 but that didn’t impact our wonderful experience at all. We will be back.

Wonderful condo, right on the beach with swimming pool. Very clean, with beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of clean towels, washer and dryer. Very close to every attractions and restaurants

Beautiful condo. View from balcony was fantastic. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Pool was great although I thought making people leave by 830 pm was a little too early. Would def stay here again

Perfect location on the beach. Condo has everything that one would need, including beach supplies. Beautiful, big, clean pool as well. The only thing we really missed was having a hot tub, as our stay was pretty cool in Dec. Would recommend!

Property was fantastic. Just disappointed. We only got to stay two out of our ten days because of hurricane milton. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. I will definitely be referring you to family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and the building, grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was awesome. We were a 5 minute walk to the pier which had wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

This rental has everything you need! Close to the pier and other dinner locations within walking distance. Grocery store was also walkable. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the ocean!

Beachy

We had a great time. The condo is just as good, or maybe better, than described. There are nice beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) if needed. There were two pack and plays there when we stayed. We got to see (3) rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the building, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!!
