Coastal condo with sweeping Gulf views and wraparound balcony dogs welcome

The photos on VRBO do not show the true beauty of this condo. WOW. This tastefully decorated, immaculate condo was the perfect home base for our spring break. Comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out allowed us to enjoy the company of each other. And the balcony!!! This is where we spent most of our time -- lovely beach view from the study high back adirondack set. (If we'd only seen a dolphin.) A nearly perfect rental. The only thing that would make it a place I would rent for a month would be an in-unit washer and dryer. 3 a load for both the washer and dryer in the hallway was a bit of an inconvenience. That was the only downside.Working with Casago was a pleasure. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and were super helpful along the way. Oh, and the elevator does work.

Great location and extremely comfortable condo. We spent a lot of time soaking in the view, sunshine and sea breeze from the balcony. Condo is spacious, well stocked and clean and bright. Would definitely stay again.

Check in process was very easy. Building is showing its age but the unit itself was very nice/clean. A/c wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. They did bring portable A/c units rather quickly though, not one for the guest bedroom though. Fire alarm for the whole building went off 4 or 5 times, had to evacuate building at 2am and 11pm while sleeping. Other ones were during the day. The view was great.

Everything was great. The views and the beach were so enjoyable!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The view is beautiful and its easy to get to the beach. The only complaint is how hot the master bedroom is. You can only turn the thermostat down to 73 which is not enough to cool the master. You definitely need the fans that are in the closet of the 2nd bedroom.

Amazing location, condo was just as described and much needed. We watchee dolphins swim by from our balcony. So peaceful, just perfect except the sliding doors to the balcony wasn’t working & had to put a ticket in but would absolutely stay at the point again location location

The condo was exactly as described. The elevator was working while we were there but was a little slow. We needed an additional parking space and got the permit from the police dept (across the street from the condo) for overnight parking in Tiki Gardens (25 per night) where the lot is patrolled at night. We loved this beach! There were mostly families and it was not as rowdy or as crowded as I had thought it might be. The condo itself was pretty much exactly as pictured and the balcony was so incredible with the wraparound! Definitely planning on coming back to this area!

We loved staying here & would come back. PROS: it is literally right on the beach. Steps from sand. The beach is super clean and not crowded at all. The views were amazing. nice and safe neighborhood. The room was updated and decorated nicely. Mostly very clean. Great balcony with furniture for 4 people. Updated appliances and everything you might need to cook. CONS: while it was clean, there were some things missed- an old snack pack of cheese and crackers someone had laid in the windowsill. While it could be easily missed, still gross and could attract bugs. A wrapper of some sort under one of the beds. Every other area VERY clean. No option for late checkout. Our flight doesn’t leave until later in the day so it makes it hard to go places with luggage. There are no bathrooms accessible from outside once you are out of your room. Not enough towels for more than 1 person! We had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. That’s it!! When I messaged Them they said we would need to purchase more so we had to place a Walmart order. They do provide small amounts of shampoo and body wash but again, only enough for 1-2 people. Depending on how long you stay/how many people you have with you there is also not enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. NOTE: the listing says the elevator was down but it is currently working. They said there are no beach chairs provided, however, there were a few beach chairs, and beach towels in closet. Overall and GREAT location.
