Coastal condo with a private washer/dryer, central AC, and a shared pool

This unit is in a good location for restaurants and things to do, but it needs a lot of TLC. It is a time capsule and everything from the appliances (except coffee maker) is from 1989. We didn’t even use the range, but the dishwasher surprisingly worked! Some of those old GE units just won’t quit. We were visiting friends in the area for a couple nights so we didn’t chance to cook anything so that didn’t impact our stay. The A/C vents were also rusty and had dust bunnies hanging out, so a deep cleaning needed there too. The furniture is the same vintage of the appliances and the condo itself is located facing the major road so car traffic is clearly audible until 1am when most people are not out. We wanted an inexpensive off season couple of nights, but the only true benefit of this unit was the extra space and layout compared to a hotel. Considering everything above and that I can find a hotel with included breakfast and mattresses not of the springy extra firm variety, we will pay the extra for a hotel next time or staying in another condo complex. If you don’t mind firm mattresses, won’t need the A/C, and are just looking for a convenient location for a couple nights, this one might just be a good deal for you.

Clean, cozy, comfortable. Close to the ocean as well as most necessities.

Loved the pool.

Was a great stay. Bathroom door off master bedroom hinges loose and need tightened. rubs every time you open and close it. Stove and Dishwasher needs updated. Would also be nice to have some patio furniture on back porch. other than that, we would def stay again.

All the amenities you need. Gorgeously furnished and decorated. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and pool. Hope we get this unit the next time we book!

Location, nice, clean.

It's just perfect, a perfect experience from top to bottom.

We traveled to MD for a softball tournament for our daughter. We decided to extend our weekend and make a little beach trip out of it. This place was perfect for us. It was very close to the beach and pool. It was on the first level so we only had to walk up a few stairs to carry everything. With the exception of the master bathroom, the house was pretty dated but very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. One thing that was disappointing to us was the condition of the beach chairs. We were thrilled to read that the place had it's own beach chairs as it was one less thing to pack (remember that we were coming with a lot of softball equipment). The beach chairs were very rusty and in our opinion, unusable. We understand that beach chairs are going to rust over time. It was our opinion, that it was time to replace the ones at the house. One other thing to note, it was a short walk to the beach BUT there aren't any bathrooms on the beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. This condo provided everything my family needed to have an amazing beach trip.

The location was great, easy access to beach. You have a light to cross main road which is convenient. The pool was clean every day and was a added bonus for our daughter. The AC unit worked great and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The place was super clean when entered. Was close to many restaurants with in walking distance. They have a bunch of beach stuff but we used our own. The reason for 4 star is because u can hear traffic from main road in front room late and the mattresses are not thst great. We also had issues with key pad where we had to call and get re-set. We ended up using main key every day which was way safer and easier. No balcony chairs which made no sense you had to use dining chairs. Thanks
