Stayed Jun 22, 2025Just as the listing states, it is about a 5 min walk to the beach. It was clean and and quiet once the pool closes at 10. The master bath is pretty tight so keep that in mind.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023This was a clean, comfortable unit in a very cute community. We had a wonderful time and appreciated being able to rent from Wednesday to Tuesday, a lot of the local realty groups only rent for full calendar weeks and that did not work with our work schedules.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023My family and i definitely loved this little condo. The fact that the beach was a nice 2min walk was amazing. Weather was also very nice for the pool which was very nicely sized for all ages. There were plenty of restaurants around with great food that we got enjoy. Only thing that was a little annoying was the miss leading checkout information that took us into look all over the condo hunt for the washer that none existente and the fact that it was not as clean as it appeared. We had lovely ant friends every morning which was not so pleasant. But, otherwise it qas a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have 2 young boys (5 and 9 months old) and it was so nice to be super close to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and wasn't crowded when we went in Mid May. The condo has everything you would need for your stay. Super clean. It is on the third floor so expect to climb stairs each time, but overall that didn't bother us.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Unit was clean and as described. Very comfortable stay! Nice view of ocean even with unit being as far back as it was. Very close to pool if you are looking to swim. Would rent again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022This is a great unit, but we wouldn’t stay there again due to the amount of steps(approximately 45) to get from the parking lot to the condo. The owner did say it would be 2 flights and on the second floor in their description, but with luggage and stuff it was a challenge. We can’t say enough about the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen! We’ll come back if Sea Spray decides to put in an elevator:)

Stayed Jul 20, 2022We had a Great time at this sweet little condo. Perfect location with an Ocean View! The Master shower is a little small but doable. Extremely well stocked kitchen including a Crockpot! Property Owner was very responsive to our needs. We would definately recommending staying at this property.

Stayed Apr 18, 2022We loved staying in this unit! It is completely updated. The only drawback was the 3rd floor location, but that ensured we’d have a quiet visit since no one was above us. Had a great visit!
