Coastal Condo w/ Pool in South Padre Island!

Lots of space with everything we needed. Short walk down the street to the beach. The best part was the spacious patio to sit in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfy, and had everything we needed for the week. The location was great! Close to the Main Street and only a short 4 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor shower did not work so we apologize for any extra sand. We will be back!

The living room, dining room, & kitchen had updated light gray paint. Beautiful! You must update your photos! We had the best stay ever! We were ALL so pleased with our accommodations! We are coming back and hope to stay again here!

Nice, clean & comfortable. Location was convenient for easy access to all the SPI had to offer. Had all that was needed to cook onsite. Enjoyed our time!

A nice property, but we were not warned about our street being under reconstruction by City. Arrived Tues pm, Nov 26, dirt road only, couldn’t get into parking slot. Owner told us to use another, but other resident put note on car that night asking us to move. Had to spend all our time there wiggling out of parking due to water connection at streetside. Construction went on all day Wed, Fri, Sat, Mon, car was caked in dirt and cement dust as they prepped street for tarmac surface later in week. We decided to go home Mon Dec 2 but were booked thru Thurs Dec 5. Very disappointing.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Condo was big enough for 4 of us. It was very clean and modern, no noise from the neighbors, pool is well kept and it’s a short walk to the beach. Billy was very easy to work with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It is exact as pictured, lovingly decorated and well taken care of. It was filled with everything we needled for our stay which made it easy to cook our meals. It is so a walk away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool after the beach, the rinse off area, on the side helped keep sand out of our car and stuff. Billy was excellent in communicating and answered our questions. Definitely booking this place again!

Walking through the front door for the first time and seeing a clean and nicely furnished home really sets the mood for a comfortable vacation. The property itself is clean, safe and well maintained. Access to the beach, restaurants and local businesses are all just a few footsteps away from the property. Overall, this is one vacation rental home that i highly recommend for your next visit to South Padre Island.
