Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, between the popular Coligny Beach and scenic Sea Pines, this welcoming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa offers a peaceful retreat with a thoughtful blend of modern updates and traditional coastal charm.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable two-story layout with distinct living, kitchen, and dining areas, offering both privacy and functionality. The cozy living room features a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom upstairs also has its own Smart TV, giving everyone space to unwind.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and both large and small appliances, such as a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A brand-new washer and dryer make longer stays easy and convenient.

* A Ring camera is located ONLY at the front door for added peace of mind. It provides a view of the entryway ONLY. There are NO cameras inside the villa or anywhere else inside the property.
* Parking passes are required between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please plan to pick up your pass on your way to the villa, as the office is conveniently located along the route after you enter the island.
* While we clean thoroughly before each stay, leaves and natural debris may appear on patios due to the island’s subtropical environment.
* The tracking system is updated but the sliding doors may still require a gentle push.
* The upstairs level may be slightly warmer than downstairs. Fans are available for added comfort.

    The location of the property is wonderful…close enough to everything while remaining just outside the major hustle and bustle. Our check in process was clearly outlined via email, however, our parking pass was not made available by the property manager, and the code we were given to open the front door did not work. We arrived on a Friday evening after business hours, and found the property manager unavailable. We called the property owner, who was very responsive and resolved both of these issues quickly. The property itself could use some updating, especially the bathroom’s upstairs. The tubs are very slippery and I would suggest that non-slip mats or texturized stickers be added to the tub bottoms to reduce the risk of falls. Both of my kids slipped and fell in the tubs. The room with double beds was very comfortable, while the room with the queen bed was not as restful. The queen mattress could stand to be replaced. This is my opinion. All in all, we enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was functional, the washer and dryer worked well, and the owners had laid out several nice and inviting touches. Thank you!

    I don't usually write reviews, but I hope that the following family will have a better experience. On the positive side, good location with regards to beach and shopping. Kitchen has been remodeled. The floors throughout are extremely dirty, within 2 minutes of walking in socks they were black. The Keurig coffeemaker does not work, neither does the one outer stove burner. The toilet seat had dirt on it which I had so rub with a clorox wipe to remove. The bedding did not smell clean. Believe this property has a lot of potential but needs to be cleaned properly and more frequently. The bathrooms need to be updated.

    Pull in the entrance with roundabout and flag pole. If you see pool, find closest parking place. Condo entrance faces pool. This is the first time using Vrbo. It was nicely decorated with updated kitchen, but the building look like it was built in the 70’s. There was construction projects to the buildings outside. It has a good location. Going to Coligny Beach Park is a must.

    Overall our experience was very good. The accommodations were clean, communication was clear and the owner was very flexible and easy to work with when we had to reschedule due to possible Hurricane Ian affects.

    I loved the area, very quiet. We loved the pool. The only issue I had with the place was the parking. I think there should be designated parking spots.

    My family and I stayed here in mid June of '22 and had a great time! The condo was VERY clean, had tons of space and storage, and the pool was amazing! Once we got the hang of the door keypad, we had no issues and felt very safe. The walk to the beach was reasonable and the beach itself was fantastic! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

    The location of this property is great. Only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Pathway to beach is well maintained so we were able to easily walk with our two children and a wagon. Inside the unit is fairly nice. Kitchen is updated nicely. Patio and balcony were not well-maintained so we had no desire to spend anytime out there. In addition to this, the sliding glass doors to patio and balcony need to be repaired. They’re nearly impossible to open. My husband was the only one that could open them and it took some muscle from him as well. The owner needs to give better instructions on where condo is located. You cannot see the the property from the parking lot so we drove around the parking lot a few times before realizing you had to walk through the property in order to find the condo. It wasn’t a big deal once we found the condo, just would have been nice if this was communicated to us better from the beginning. However, we did arrive early and the owner allowed us to enter early which was helpful. My biggest complaint is that there was construction going on directly to our condo for a whole day during our stay. Hammering, sawing, drilling right outside all of our windows. There were also workers on ladders going up the unit so they could see directly into our bedrooms. The owner completely failed to mention this to us, and if it was mentioned to us, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. I was traveling with a 6 month old who needs naps. She was not able to nap this entire day due to the loud construction. This whole day was basically ruined due to our baby being fussy from lack of naps. We had to cancel dinner plans as we didn’t want a fussy baby out to dinner with us. Overall, if it wasn’t for the unmentioned construction, I would have been decently pleased with our stay. We still had a good time.

    Close proximity to the beach. On a bike, or was about a 7 min ride. Walking was about 10 to 15 min depending on speed and carrying items. The property is well maintained. Plenty of dishes and items to use for cooking.
