Stayed Aug 26, 2022I had a nice stay during the off season, despite some noisy people. I wouldn't want to stay when they are packed full, since parking is tight and tricky.

Stayed May 15, 2022This unit has been recently updated and is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The entire complex is clean and quiet. Management very friendly. Great location on LBK.

Stayed Jan 19, 2026Easy check-in and out. The pool, hot tub and beach are great features. The unit is small, but had everything we needed. The only complaints we had were that the bed was very hard and not comfortable, and there is very limited parking. We had a nice stay and enjoyed LBK.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025Booked this condo last minute to visit family in Long Boat Key. Great location and comfortable condo. Beach access.Power went out in complex from 6pm - 2am on first day -- no flashlights, candles or communication.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This was a vacation for my wife and me. Got a call the day before from the property group confirming and communicating check in. Very clean unit. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, couch and recliners. Plenty of towels, beach towels and linens. Three nice restaurants and ice cream shop within 5 min walk nearby. Property has beach recliners and beach chairs available to use on the gulf side. The dock on the intercoastal side looks new and has a couple benches to sit on.

Stayed May 18, 2024We were only here for two nights. They were enjoyable. The space was clean. Fortunately we weren’t doing any cooking. They had the essentials but it seemed a little sparse. The property provided umbrellas and chairs but only if you’re at the private beach. If you were going to one of the public beaches you’d want your own stuff. Overall we enjoyed our time and would like to return to explore further.

Booking online was a breeze and I loved that you could book shorter stays. Our flight was delayed so we didn't make it in time to check-in in-person, which was no problem bc everything was there waiting for us when we did get there. Our condo was clean and full of extra blankets (which was great bc the weather was chilly. It was a great location and easy to stay on the Key or go up to Cortez/Bradenton or down to Sarasota. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly to hang out at the beach, but the morning trip tp the beach showed a great beach area! We had a great experience and will likely be back in the future!
