Welcome to a comfortable and well-maintained condo located in downtown Victoria, within walking distance of the Inner Harbour, restaurants, shops, cafés, and public transit. This home is licensed and offered as a shared residence, in accordance with City of Victoria short-term rental bylaws. The host is a full-time family physician with long and demanding work hours, typically away from the home from early morning until late evening. A separate entrance is used by the host, and guest comfort, privacy, and quiet enjoyment of the space are priorities. This accommodation is well suited to guests who value a safe, calm, and respectful environment.

Guests enjoy a private bedroom and private bathroom, along with access to the kitchen and common areas. The home is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard. Important Notes

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

LOCATION: The suite is located in the Victoria Regent building but is not part of the Victoria Regent Strata Hotel. The suite is advertised and operated by Victoria Prime.

GUEST ACCESS: This apartment is a Shared Space where you will share common areas like the living room and kitchen with the owner, who values your privacy and will ensure you feel comfortable during your stay. You will receive two access cards for convenient entry to both the parking garage and your suite.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6' (1.80m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.

• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.

    The bathroom is small and ill-suited to elderly and disabled travelers. The cramped, poorly lit garage is ill-suited to large vehicles. Certain ordinary hospitality conveniences and comforts are absent.

    This is a rare find. Very clean and in a great location. The management added some extras too for a care free stay. We were able to walk to all places in the inner harbor. We hope to return again.
