Coastal Bend condo with water views, dock, pool, sun deck, balcony, & W/D

There is no mention of having to verify identity when they send out the confirmation text for renting. They won’t send a code for entry until you verify, so no notice of having to verify was not ideal. There is an entry code for the front door, then another for the room. The room door didn’t work half the time and the code that was initially provided for the lockbox to get the key was wrong. Extremely inconvenient and taxing when you’ve been at the beach all day and just want to shower and relax and can’t get into your room. The room itself was very clean, but very little toilet paper was provided. Communication with the property management was quick, but not necessarily efficient. Definitely seemed to be mostly auto responses and there was no real concern about the complaints surrounding entry difficulties. If I wanted to deal with hotel level entry requirements, I’d have booked a hotel. Overall, nice and clean room, but not worth the stress of locking and unlocking the room.

This apartment in Corpus Christi was a very disappointing experience. The entire building is outdated and poorly managed, with no signs of proper maintenance. The entrance, elevator, and hallways felt neglected, and the apartment itself was in unacceptable condition. The kitchen cookware was dirty, unsafe, and unusable. The bedroom carpet was stained and looked unhygienic, closet doors did not slide, and the sofas smelled terrible and needed serious cleaning. Basic essentials like a kettle were missing. Overall, the place is far too old, neglected, and poorly managed. I do not recommend it at all.

The condo is placed right in the middle of everything. There was a CVS one block away a donut shop on the same street and a Whataburger two blocks away. The beach was a five minute drive…. everything was absolutely perfect….. the only feedback I could offer that might help the property is please add larger pots and pans for cooking and possibly some cookie sheets❤️

LOVED this unit! Perfect location. Super comfortable bed! There is a dock for fishing and the pool was perfect. Do bring your own seasonings if you plan on cooking..I read other reviews so we brought the basics. The food at Docs and Padre Island Burger Co was delicious! There are lots of piers and marinas for fishing close by. I will definitely book this unit again!

Simple affordable and clean

There was definitely room for improvement, but for the price it was fine for our small family for a few nights. Some basic amenities are missing (silverware, salt and pepper, coffee pot but no pods which I know is “extra” but a nice touch). It was mostly quiet and the bed was comfortable. Patio had a nice view but was quite dingy and had cigarette butts left behind. The property itself was more like 3 star but I didnt want that to reflect on this condo alone. The pool was dirty and had algae and I personally hated and stressed over the lack of stairs as an option vs elevator (we literally could not find stairs anywhere and the fire evacuation plan wasnt even for the same layout of the room we were in). I wont stay at Mystic Harbor again but the condo was mostly fine. I have stayed at nicer for cheaper though.

It was great but we thought there was a double bed and the sleeper sofa, so we were sort a bed. Also the WiFi did not work that well

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our visit. We would definitely come back and stay.

Place was adequate. Outside deck and elevator area needs cleaning. Deck chairs need replacing. Good location close to several restaurants

This is comfortable place to stay while exploring north padre. We enjoyed watching all the birds fishing in the canal from the condo and the sound of water from the pool water feature. The condo spsce is comforable however the cable/satellite didnt work the whole six days we were there. My husband wanted to watch the NFL play off games so we called the manager who called the owner who said it was cable company, and they were working on it. Four days later my husband called the cable company who said the manager needed to come to the location and call them to trouble shoot it so the problem is that condo not an over all issue in the ares. Reguardless we would stay there again, just not during the play off season.

This is a budget friendly no frills option. The property is older and a little run down. We knew what we were booking, have stayed there on multiple occasions. The pool is a draw for the kids. It’s walking distance to souvenir shops, great pizza and a pharmacy. The biggest problem was the door code getting into the building. After a long travel day we were tired and didn’t need the extra hassle of waiting 1/2 an hour to get in. Turns out they changed the main door code but did not update our text messages or guest portal with that info.

Things we liked about our stay - close to the beach - close to restaurants - had a lot of towels/beach towels Things we didn’t like about our stay - The 10 digit code for the door - The bathroom door didn’t latch/lock - The code we were gave for the glass door was wrong/ had to call the support # - slow at responding to messages The main issue we had was our water got shut off for 3 hours. Called the support line and they couldn’t tell us why or how long it would take to get the water turned back on. I messaged the host and they didn’t respond till the next day/ send someone out to fix it.

Easy location to find. Great place for 2 person stay. 10 digit code to get in was a little annoying. And shower head need to be replaced. Overall I would give it 4 stars based on some of the places I have stayed in Padre.

Enjoyed stay especially the cleanliness and comfortable bed. This is a bargain for price. Would stay here 100 time over…

I stayed here for my visit aS a guest at TAMUCC and it was great. I felt very safe, the space was very clean and spacious, my only gripe was the long code for the door but that’s not a big deal. Would absolutely stay again!
