The Space:

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience. There is a dining table seating for 4, and additional counter seating.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.



The bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and access to the bathroom, with stackable washer and dryer.



The bathroom has a shower/tub combo .



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit with approximately 27 stair steps required to reach the entrance. No elevator access.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional flat Pet Fee of $125. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

- A high chair and Pack N' Play are located within the home for your convenience.

- A washer/dryer in the condo is available for guest use.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
