Closest to the Beach - Oceanfront Condo - Wake to the Waves

This property is lovely and well done. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The location is great and the views are amazing. We had breakfast or dinner on the balcony each night and had the ocean waves as our backdrop. The fireworks kick off from the pier so you have a front row view every Friday and Saturday night. There is a beach chair and umbrella rental spot right on the beach so you don’t have to pack your own if you don’t want to. It’s also located right across the street from the turtle sanctuary, which was a treat and within walking distance of several great restaurants. We hope to be back soon. It was the much needed getaway we needed.

We had a great stay! Super convenient for things in the kitchen to being right on the beach! The bed was so comfortable the whole place is a very homey vibe I can’t wait to visit next summer!

This property was spectacular!!! Ocean front with all amenities including an unbelievably stocked kitchen. Decorated beautifully and updated. The patio was an amazing place to watch the sunrise. Access to the beach was a bonus with entry gate that requires code and shower to rinse off. Very well insulated as there is a bar next door that we didn't even hear. Grounds were beautifully kept with a very nice pool. Location wise...close to everything and walking distance to a few beach bars. Contact and responses from Cheryl were great. Highly recommend as we will be back again!

I accidentally left with her pillow case. The bed linens need to be replaced and pillows too. We went to Wall Mart and bought new pillow cases to use. When I left I took one of hers by mistake. I need to know how to return it. She is outstanding with any concerns we had. The Toliet broke and she had a plumber there in 30 minutes. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture great! Deck furniture wonderful. We will go back!

Amazing stay, easy check in and great communication! The beachfront ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and we loved having balcony access from both the living room and bedroom. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Extra comfy bed & lots of extra amenities (*only 2 rolls of t.p).Security was a huge plus!! They actively checked wristbands, monitored beach access, and enforced parking so there were always spots available. (It’s worth noting that if you are there during spring break Clayton’s and Louie’s nearby can get busy and a bit loud, but honestly, it wasn’t bothersome inside the condo at all. If anything, it added to the fun…we enjoyed the music and a little people-watching from the balcony!) Chairs, etc for the beach were a great bonus!We loved it so much we extended our stay and were so thankful that 208 was available. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This condo had every thing we needed for a perfect vacation. The view of the gulf is impeccable. Everything inside the condo was neat as a pin and super clean. Plenty of towels !! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The view from the condo was excellent. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning on the balcony. The entire condo was extremely clean and comfortable.

Location, location, location! Love the music and fireworks from the club next door. Balcony provides all day entertainment - from the amazing sunrise to sunset.

The condo was very beautiful and clean inside. The only issue we had was we lost internet to condo for two nights and the toilet was barely flushing and then stopped. I messaged the owner to let her know so she could get the amenities fixed before the next person visited the condo. Loved the close access to the beach and despite previous reviews, we really cannot hear the bar on the other side of the hotel next to us. The hotel next to us did play music but they wrapped it up by 11 o’clock each night. The the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedroom were very nice and looked brand new. The pictures on the website don’t justify how beautiful the condo was. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

What a great place to stay. It is exactly as described, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay. The location is perfect. We would have our breakfast on the deck and listen/watch the surf. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely a place we will visit again and its location on the island was perfect for us. Thank you for taking the time for being so thoughtful and gracious.

Ideal for families ! The balcony with ocean front view made it ideal for relaxing King bed was super comfy !

My husband and I booked this property as a birthday weekend getaway. The condo was beautiful and clean, with a great view of the ocean. It was steps away from the beach and had two clean, warmed pools on the property. The property was right next to a big bar and we were left undisturbed, with the doors closed you wouldn’t even know it was there. We were able to enjoy the music from the balcony. The view of the sunrise was spectacular and we will definitely be visiting again.
