Great for access to the beach, but the unit is a bit tired. Though counter tops, vanities, showers and most flooring were clean, the rest could use a very deep cleaning; closets, vents, windows, sliding door screen tracks, some upholstery, and even the front door need attention.

The proximity to the pool and beach were great with this condo. The view was amazing from the living room area. However, inside the condo was a different story. We were met with an overwhelming smell of mildew as soon as we entered the condo. It was relatively clean throughout but there was a significant amount of mold on the air vent in the ceiling of the bathroom and kitchen giving us the constant feeling that it was not clean at all. The booking and check in process were seamless but we would definitely not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.
