Thank you for choosing our penthouse! To ensure a wonderful stay for you and all our neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

Pool & Common Areas
Pool Hours: Enjoy the pool between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (for everyone’s comfort, please avoid late-night swims).

Safety First: No lifeguard is on duty, so please supervise children under 13 at all times.

Swimwear Only: For hygiene reasons, street clothes aren’t allowed in the pool.

Keep It Relaxing: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you avoid loud music, gatherings, or alcohol in pool areas.

No Glass Near Water: For safety, please use plastic or aluminum containers instead.

Quiet Enjoyment
Be Mindful of Noise: Whether day or night, please keep voices, music, and TV volumes low so all guests can unwind.

No Parties or Events: To respect our community, we don’t permit gatherings in units or common areas.

Trash & Cleanliness
Disposal Tips: Please tie trash bags securely and place them in the designated bins—never leave them outside your door.

Balcony Care: Avoid tossing anything (cigarette butts, water, etc.) from balconies to keep the gardens clean.

Pets
Pets aren’t allowed in common areas, and if they’re joining you in the penthouse, please ensure they don’t disturb others (excessive barking isn’t permitted).

Smoking
Smoking (including marijuana) isn’t allowed indoors or in common areas. You’re welcome to smoke on the balcony—just dispose of butts properly!

    We stayed at this property for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The condo itself was well located, walking distance to downtown which was a must for us. Close to all the grocery stores and Costco. We thoroughly enjoyed the second level, penthouse area and spent alot of evenings there. The pool was also a great asset, and a great place to enjoy afternoon drinks with friends we made at the condo. The condo itself was well decorated with comfy beds and all the amenities of home. The bonus of being able to aquire a cleaning lady a few times during our stay was a surprise and worth the small fee. I felt very safe with security 24/7 and the other tennants were very friendly. There were a few water issues when we first arrived but quickly taken care of by our great management company Be Mexico. Miguel and Mauricio took care of any requests we had and went over and above our expectations. They even arrived at the end of our stay to wish us safe travels home. I would definately stay at this property in the future!

    The property was nice inside and felt safe. The surrounding neighborhood and street is in desperate need of attention. Too much garbage, unfinished roads, poorly lit, stray cats and dogs, feces on roads. Agent was very helpful.

    We recently spent two weeks at this property in Cabo from March 17 through April 1, 2024. We were very pleased with our stay. We had some minor issues when we first arrived but they were quickly taken care of by Anna, our property liaison. The apartment is situated very close to the main street in Cabo, so it was easy to walk back-and-forth to our destinations. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed and that were needed for our stay. While the outside of the apartment looks a little rough, there is full-time security, and the complex is gated so we felt safe at all times. We did purchase beach towels and left them at the apartment for guests to use as that was one item that we found lacking. Ana was lovely and very accommodating. She kept in constant communication with us and answered any and all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

    The complex itself is quiet and secure; easy walk to marina, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the area around the condos can be quite noisy - loud music from outdoor bar that goes until 2-3am, lots of truck traffic and dust. When we did have any issues (hot water) they were quick to respond and the concierge was always there ready and willing to help. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything about the noise in the areas outside of the condos.

    this is a very average apartment, and is further out from all the nice places. we spent a lot of time going back and forth from the fun areas and beach and would have preferred to be closer, the cleanliness was average too
