Lovely, lower level Cliffside Condo (stairs) with a wrap around balcony that has a beautiful scenic view of Greers Ferry Lake and Eagle Ridge. Balcony provided with comfortable patio furniture to watch the sunrise or just relax. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a futon for additional sleeping space. This condo has a completely furnished kitchen and laundry facility. Less than a five minute walk takes you to the pool and racquet ball club.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This place was great! It is perfect if you are looking to have a nice and relaxing weekend. The pool is 30 yards away, marina is a 10 minute drive, and the view is wonderful. It’s a little dated but well kept.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024My daughter, granddaughter and I do a weekend trip each year to Fairfield Bay. This was the best place we have stayed! Property was clean, spacious and had a great view. Also had free passes to Cool Pool which we all enjoyed! We had the best time! It was very relaxing and just what we needed!
