Lovely, lower level Cliffside Condo (stairs) with a wrap around balcony that has a beautiful scenic view of Greers Ferry Lake and Eagle Ridge. Balcony provided with comfortable patio furniture to watch the sunrise or just relax. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a futon for additional sleeping space. This condo has a completely furnished kitchen and laundry facility. Less than a five minute walk takes you to the pool and racquet ball club.

Stayed Jun 3, 2026Perfect location and condo for our trip to Arkansas. We arrived a little early and were able to get into the condo so that was a plus. Very comfortable set-up and convenient to the pool. Views are fabulous in the morning and very peaceful.

The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was easy from check-in to check-out.The cool pool was just steps away well-maintained, and a great place to relax and enjoy the day. The condo itself was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Everything was well cared for and comfortable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an amazing view and a great host.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This place was great! It is perfect if you are looking to have a nice and relaxing weekend. The pool is 30 yards away, marina is a 10 minute drive, and the view is wonderful. It’s a little dated but well kept.
