Stayed Oct 8, 2025The location of this property near St.George, Hurricane, La Verkin and 50 minutes from Zion. The property is brand new to me at this point with a clean modern decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/dining/living room space had plenty of room. The pool, lazy river and jacuzzi was a fabulous touch. We stayed on the 3rd floor Bldg. K 302 with a peaceful beautiful view. It was very easy to contact the owners/management at Cliffside Resorts for any questions or concerns. We love this area and will be returning frequently. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The location was wonderful and easy to get into the city. Home was clean and had item they you need to cook ie measuring cups and spoons. Some seasonings to cook with and coffee pot liners. These items have never been in our VRBO’s. The pool area was beautiful. There was trailer parking which is a must when we travel. Would highly recommend

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We loved the stay. The place was very clean and super nice. The only downfall was the stairs. Carrying all the luggage up 3 stories of stairs. The pool was awesome. The kids really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean & organized. We had some difficulty with the keypad getting in & locking it to get out, but I’m sure the management company will look into it after we checked out. We loved the furniture. The management company & owners were very responsive. Definitely would recommend this condo to others passing through St. George.

Stayed May 13, 2025The place was great, the only things that were inconvenient were the main bedroom could hear the nearby freeway and e could not use the grill. Otherwise the place was great and well equipped.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025First of all the condo is beautiful and clean! The pool was so fun, clean and amazing! We loved that part of our stay! Just know that this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator! We have a 31 year old disabled son and to walk him and all our stuff up the stairs was a lot!!! The traffic was also very loud from the highway. We were on an end unit and so we had no obstruction to the highway noise! So nights were hard! The beds were great and we loved the style of the condo. Would stay again if it was just us! The property manager was great and tried to get us a different unit but they were all booked!
