Stayed Sep 12, 2025The AC needs to be looked at. The room was very hot even at 65 deg on cool. The room was clean and well decorated. I was shocked to see that the main lodge lobby was very messy in the mornings at 6am. Previous stays over the years this was not an issue. Food left laying around from the night before. Fruit flys all over. Bar service the previous night was not good. Perhaps all the staff was new. As the morning bartender was excellent.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Very clean and quiet condominium. Loved the pool and hot tub. The free s’mores around the fire pit were an added bonus. The bed was a queen and was not described as such. We would not have rented it had we known.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed sledding and the hot tub, and the condo was spacious enough for our family of four, plus our dog. Being located in the Lodge was very convenient. There were a couple of burned-out lightbulbs in the unit, which wasn’t a big issue; however, there were some questionable remnants under the bedsheets, which was disappointing.The check-in process was very stressful. The Suncadia front desk initially couldn’t locate our reservation, then informed us the room had been double-booked. They had no direct way to communicate with the property manager, so I had to act as the middleman. After about 30 minutes of back-and-forth, the issue was resolved and we received the keys. Thankfully, the property manager was responsive—otherwise, it’s unclear how long we would have been waiting.For the price, I still felt the stay was a good value, but next time I’ll avoid booking through a third-party platform such as VRBO.
