Classy, Clean & Elegant Oceanfront 'Penthouse' ~

It was a great week, the condo was perfect (just wish there was an elevator) but other than that everything was great. Best sleep we have had in a long time. The area was beautiful and close to everything. We loved the pool area very private. If you’re looking for a great place to stay we highly recommend this condo. Penny was great to communicate with. Always easy to reach if needed. We will def be back.

This property is stunning and being right on the beach is the perfect location!! We loved everything about it. Morning walks on the beach and afternoons spent on the beach were both very enjoyable. The property manager made sure that our stay was nice, too. We definitely plan to return!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was beautiful and right on the beach, so we woke up to amazing views every day. Penny was such a wonderful host, kind, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back.

A very nice place to stay. Beautiful ocean view, right on the beach. Rain…no problem, this place is stocked to keep you occupied. Hosts are great and very informative to make your stay fun and easy.

The property was lovely and so comfortable. You could tell that Penny had paid attention to details that made the stay all the more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed having a TV provider that gave us seamless access to NCAA basketball games. The view is spectacular and worth the 3 story climb but needs to be considered if anyone has difficulty with stairs.

Ocean front condo had everything you could want for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen was fully functional and well supplied with any gadget you might require. Plenty of good eats nearby if you don't feel like cooking.The owner was very considerate and full of tips and tricks posted for a great stay.

Even though there was a tropical storm it was nice to get away.

We love coming to stay here! This was our second time staying here, 1st was after we got married and this time was for our 5 year anniversary. Penny is amazing, she was always quick to respond and gave us some great food recommendations. Property great as well, very clean, up to date, and kitchen was stocked, and the view of course is to die for!

We enjoyed everything about the condo! We’ve stayed at many over the years and this condo was very clean, location was perfect, sitting on the balcony felt like sitting on the beach!

Everything about this place was amazing. When they say on the beach it is true and so was everything else they said. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. The owner never took more than 10 minutes to get back to me with any questions. Wonderful to work with.

Enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful unit! We were so impressed with the open and spacious feel. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. The location is great and the beach was never full in the area! The morning view on the balcony was perfect!

We came to Surfside to enjoy the beach in between baseball games at Ripken. This 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was the perfect size with large washer/dryer in a separate room, dining table, family room, kitchen and balcony. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We cooked several times and were pleased with how well equipped the kitchen was. I would love it if we could have a place this nice every time we travel! And, I would definitely stay here again!

One of the most well equipped and clean places I have ever stayed. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and well stocked. The only slight drawback was that it was on the third floor and we are in our 80's so it was a bit much. On the other hand our son and his wife are only in their fifties so they helped carry things. Awesome view,
