Classic Condo near the Beach & Downtown w/Shared Pool, Central A/C, Free WiFi

We checked in A/C was broke it was 90 degrees in our condo we wasted the first whole evening waiting for it to be fixed. The pool code that was emailed to us was incorrect thankfully there were other guests in the pool area willing to open the door for us and give us the correct code. Third night of the stay management came knocking at the door telling us we didn’t have a parking pass to park in the designated parking spot the whole time it was having from the rearview mirror the same lady saying we didn’t have a pass is the lady that wrote the pass out for us. Not sure I would stay there again.

We were so disappointed with this rental. To start off the lock to get inside the room is very difficult to maneuver. The directions are not correct and after figuring it out on our own it was still difficult. The Wi-Fi did not work. We had to figure out why… the wires were not connected. The shower handle was so loose that you had to guess the temperature of the water. We were given the wrong pool code. The doors to the bathroom and one of the bedrooms get stuck on the floor. The tv in one of the bedroom never worked. When I began texting about all of these things we were simply told that someone could access our unit if we allowed to fix these things. We were staying for 4 nights and did not want to wait for someone to come to check on these things. So disappointed with the communication on how to fix these things. There were positives - location to beach and boardwalk was great! And the place was clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and it worked. Customer service for questions was good.

This is a nice spot. Easy walk to beach & boards. Clean unit. The only concern surrounds parking and the woman in the office, I believe her name is Courtney. Parking is difficult. Small spaces and too many oversized vehicles. Street parking did not exist when I was there. Courtney's inability to display humanistic traits was a turn off. If you don't have a vehicle, this is a nice spot. 8 i9

Location was perfect. With in walking distance to the boardwalk and bay. Pool closes at 7. Newly remodeled inside. Washer didn't work. Tvs were unwatchable because of static. Parking is a nightmare unless you drive a car or small SUV. Outlets are wore out and won't hold anything you plug into them. It was clean and a place to lay out heads at night.

We had a great stay. The place looked just like the pictures. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. The lock was a little difficult to lock but other then that we would definitely book this place again

The location is great: near the beach and the boardwalk. The pool is great and the apartment is very convenient, and quiet at night.

I liked this place, it was very clean, in a fantastic spot, 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Stairs required to reach the unit, 1 parking space included, no units above you, but 1 below and two adjacent. You can sometimes hear the neighbors. Nice pool right outside, and friendly property manager. Would book again.

Easy access to beach and close by stores/food

For the most part it was a perfect space for our family. There were some concerns. The washer is missing a bearing and squealed loud enough I couldn't use it. The main bedroom with one bed: dirty under the bench from previous guests. The blankets shoved in the dresser had food/puke dried on them. The same food/puke was also on the bench... So we didn't use them. The blinds in this room didn't adjust. Also the closet door must have been broke because someone wrote on the door in pen to not open... 2nd bedroom was great. Supplies provided were ok... Laundry soap or dish soap might have been nice. The bathroom: the sink had major issues and took hours to drain. We used the kitchen sink. Appliances were great. TV and wifi were great. Parking was snug! Pool was great. Security staff was high but did provide the parking permit. Location was amazing! While I might not book that exact unit again... We are very pleased with both Booking and Vacasa!! We'll see you next trip!
