Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for 2 guests, with 1 bed dressed in fresh linens. Hangers and clothing storage mean you can settle in properly - whether you're here for a few nights or a few weeks. The private bathroom comes with hot water and bathroom essentials to keep your routine simple and comfortable.

 

Living and comfort

Air conditioning keeps the space pleasant year-round, while Wifi and a TV give you the option to stay connected or switch off entirely. In-unit exercise equipment is on hand for a quick session without leaving the apartment, and a carbon monoxide alarm is installed for peace of mind throughout your stay.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware are all here. Please note that oil, salt and pepper are not currently available in this unit despite appearing in the listing description. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a quiet breakfast before heading out, or wind down with dinner as the city lights come on outside.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
