This company does a great job at attending to customer service issues. This condo was very clean, location was great. One thing I would suggest is a better toaster and more cooking and baking items for those of us who love to cook.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The unit was large and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was exceptional, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Cinnamon Beach properties are beautiful. We had one problem with the cable TV, which was fixed within an hour by maintenance people. We plan on returning.

The condo was very nice but could use pressure wash the patio, the sliding glass door was very hard to close and need a better fan of some sort on patio. Overall is was excellent!!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024I highly recommend this location and condo unit. It was elegant, clean and had everything we needed! In addition the property manager was wonderful. We had a beach tent shipped to them and they left it waiting for us in the unit. Fantastic experience!

Reviewer Comments: We loved the view and the pool area rivals fancy resorts.We had a great stay and would recommend the unit. A few beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which was great. I would say the linens could use replacing. The primary bedroom rug was wet when we checked in, but we figured that meant it was recently cleaned. The unit is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The complex is very well-maintained and it was a quiet, relaxing stay.
