This beautifully-redone one-bedroom condo is perfect for a couple looking for an amazing place to stay in the town of Telluride. Located between Lift #7 and the San Miguel River, the Cimarron Lodge is a great place for both summer and winter stays.

Upon entering this second-floor unit, guests are welcomed into a cozy updated living space complete with an open kitchen and dining space. The living room has multiple comfortable seating options, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. It opens up to an upgraded full kitchen with two seats at the breakfast bar. It includes a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, and everything you need to cook a complete meal. The comfortable dining area seats three and has been upgraded to include beautiful display shelving.

The bedroom is located at the rear of the home and is truly unique! Highlighted by an amazing wood headboard, the queen-sized bed has views of the San Miguel River. The bathroom is also completely updated with finishes you’ll love using after a day on the slopes or out hiking the trails. It has a shower/tub combination and a large single vanity.

Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open. The chairlift is located right next to the property, making it easy to ski in and out during the season and enjoy quick access to the mountain.

*Home Truths:*
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills, a complex laundry room, and a private ski locker.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home has access to a communal hot tub.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     This was my first experience with this property management company. Check in process was not smooth. Check in e-mail had a link that gave the lockbox code. I had to reach out several times. They were responsive when I reached out. Cimarron Lodge has been my go to complex for the last decade. Great location and my previous experiences have been superior. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the unit. It is clearly advertised as an amenity and does not indicate you must pay for laundry in a common wash room. All fine if it is clearly advertised as such. Condo information (after you check in) states if you need additional bath towels or others there is a laundry where you can wash them - no thank you. The extra blankets had not been laundered and were covered with what appeared to be pet hair as well as human hair. I created a rather large pile of it trying to get it all picked off. I would have washed them myself if the unit had been equipped with a W/D. The unit is a bottom unit with a 2bd over it. It is rather on the loud side. Just normal moving of chairs and such is loud as well has the walking around inside the condo and up and down the staircase next to your wall. The condo is very dark. Mainly by lamps. The lack of top down shades in the LR prevented us from lifting the shades due to the privacy issue (main walkway) I will rent at Cimarron again, but probably not this unit. Great for a weekend Friday - Sunday stay

    The location was great to get to town with a short walk. The condo was great except the view was of another building which is way only 4 stars. I would stay here again! Alpine Lodge did a great job in communicating the check-in/check-out process making that a breeze

    It's not as quiet or private as I would have liked. The front windows face the walkway so you will be visible when windows are open. The neighbors dogs barked for 15 seconds several times on way to and from their walks and they had zero control over their animals. But other than that we loved the condo. The bedroom was quiet; facing opposite side. Quite confusing trying to find our unit and the laundry room but manageable. The amenities were very nice otherwise.

    The location was excellent: we could walk to everything and were able to park at the condo. The unit was nicely furnished, with a small but well stocked kitchen, and a lovely location right on he river. We were very pleased.
