Stayed Oct 22, 2025We've stayed at this particular condo for about 5 years. Always perfect! Management company reaches out everyday to ensure we have everything we need. We'll definitely be back! Btw didnt use the pool because its off season.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The condo was easy to find and worked nicely as a home base for doing activities around Big Bear. There was plenty of room for our two families, the kitchen served our purposes fine. We felt like the price was reasonable. We did have a few issues that took away from it being a real relaxing retreat. There were ants so we had to take all of the food items out of the pantry and lock them away in coolers. The sheets were pretty rough so a few people in our group found them very uncomfortable to sleep on. There is no AC in the condo which was fine for downstairs but the upstairs got very hot. There were some box fans we could use but they were pretty loud and if you open the windows in the master you get quite a bit of noise from outside. Overall we had a good time but those few frustrations keep it to like a 3.5 experience.

Stayed Oct 26, 2022We've been staying at Bayshore for 23+ years and this is one of the nicest units. Has everything you need and an ideal location close to town, but away from the crowds.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022I'd say it's a very nice, remodeled and modern cabin in Big Bear, but not clean at all! The sheets, bathrooms and toilets were dirty, you could see all the germs and some hair everywhere :/

Stayed Oct 27, 2021We've been staying at Bayshore for over 22 years. Although the lake view has receded, the properties are well maintained. This particular unit was one of the best we've stayed...we will definitely return. Also, the management team was very responsive to our questions/needs!
