This newly renovated 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo is located in West Ketchum, close to skiing and bike paths. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The condo is all one level and will sleep 4 guests. The living area has a 45-inch flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining table for 4 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen island.

The primarybedroom has a King bed, a 55-inch flat screen TV, and access to a small deck. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. There is a stack washer and dryer in this bathroom as well.
The second bedroom has a King bed, a ceiling fan, and a 36-inch flat screen TV. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and a large walk-in shower.

There are hardwood floors throughout this very nice, updated condo. There is a small deck area by the front door entrance with outdoor chairs and a table. The building has a common area with a washer and dryer for guest use.

Complex Features: The Christophe Condominiums are located on Second Avenue, 5 blocks from Main Street in Ketchum. Lodging is available in one and two-bedroom condos. The Christophe complex has the only 4-season outdoor pool in Ketchum, plus an adjacent hot tub. The Christophe complex is conveniently located near the bike path and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. A free shuttle stops at the Christophe and provides transportation around the valley. Underground parking is available for ONE VEHICLE PER UNIT. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. The complex has an elevator and a common area; a coin-operated washer/dryer is available for guest use. PLEASE NOTE: THE CHRISTOPHE IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX.     Great condo near Riven Run base. Very nicely decorated with local charm and comfortable everything. Modern, well functioning amenities and easy communication with the management agency. Great option for a trip to Sun Valley.

    A very nice getaway and location is great for activities and eating in town. The place was smaller than expected and pretty tight and crowded, but very nice and comfortable overall. The traffic was busy and noisy at many times of the day and night, especially with the windows open.The check-in was less convenient than we’re typically used to. Having to drive around the corner to the office to pick up and drop off keys was less convenient than just being able to go to the property directly.The kitchen was missing some basics — no coffee filters for the maker was obnoxious. No wine glasses was a disappointment.The air conditioners in each of the rooms were useless — they need to be vented properly to be effective, so we didn’t bother using them and instead opened windows once the sun went down each night. The rooms should each have ceiling fans and that would help a lot (or even simply portable fans for each room as suggested was the case on the check in paperwork).The Wi-Fi network wasn’t available and we had to figure that out (and plug it in) to get it working. The TV in one of the bedrooms is on a switched outlet and it took us a bit to figure out why the TV wasn’t working (a label or note would be helpful).

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location for downtown access. It can be a bit noisy from the cars and trucks on 2nd street. I would recommend that ceiling fans be added to all rooms so that windows would not need to be open and lessen the traffic noise. Very well equipped and comfortable
